For Canadian customers who asked - Hi there, I paid GST and PST on the purchase of my 3080 Hybrid and a $10.00 fee from UPS for bond services. UPS sent an email telling me I had import charges due. There was no duty on the card. I opted to pay the import fees online instead of at the door, but I guess you could wait and pay with a credit card at the door. (Apparently just hitting reply didn't add the quote from the other user, sorry)

So conflicted, not sure to build a hydro cooled now. Hybrid vs Hydro, which is best?
Take my advice; decide only once you've actually secured a card 😅. I think setting up a whole custom loop could be a nice project, if you're into that. If you don't have any of the parts though, it's obviously going to be more expensive, like about $500 on top of the card price.
So true! Though my current plan is to get the 3080 Ti and keep myself content for the time being while I wait for my queue for the K|NGP|N Hybrid (still 3-1/2 months worth of queues). Now this presents as an opportunity to get a K|NGP|N sooner.
I had originally gotten in on the 3090 HC queue in the first 30 seconds, and thought, "Well, guess I'm going in for a loop now". How naive to think they would move any cards in the two months since the queue opened... Out of curiosity; what are you looking for in the Kingpin that you're not getting in the 3080 Ti? Is it just the opportunity to get it quicker?

Used to be: https://www.evga.com/products/autoNotify.aspx?pn=<product SKU>So, https://www.evga.com/prod...aspx?pn=24G-P5-3999-KR for the Kingpin HC, for example. Not sure if it still works though. If I had to guess, I'd say the 3070 Ti XC3 Ultra would be 08G-P5-3785-KL and the 3080 Ti XC3 HC would be 12G-P5-3959-KR, but that's purely based on the numbers of existing SKUs and not any actual insider information.

Regarding the 3080 Ti, we might get a little straggler drop on Monday, but I think the late Friday afternoon drop was what JacobF was alluding to in his tweets.

No doubt you know a lot more about this process than I do. But I respectfully suggest that your long experience with these slow moving ques has made you a little too pessimistic, understandably.
I do a lot of lurking and this is my guess. Late Friday EVGA got a large shipment of 3080 Ti's, 3967-KR's. I'm picturing a large pallet load!
It has been stated somewhere that EVGA does not send out Notify Que emails if they cannot have the shipment ready for the carrier pickup that day. I think that they stopped sending emails on Friday long before they exhausted the supply. I believe that the emails for 3967's will restart on Monday with a significant quantity available. Someone quoted Jacob as saying "more on Monday." I'm expecting that on Monday the 3967 que will get to around 8:00AM que time if not further.
While there is still the possibility of a drop this afternoon, I think today is turning out to be a stereotypical straggler Monday. I do appreciate your optimism and I hope you keep bringing it...we need a lot more of that around here. As I often say, hope springs eternal. Best of luck on your watch!

Any idea what this is about?
Looks like that's the missing 3785 SKU--- when the preview page for 3080/70 Ti went up, the file names for the images said 3785 and 3797, but on release day there was no 3785 and the very tiny release of 3783 instead. So I guess 3783 was an extremely limited show piece model at MSRP, meanwhile the actual 70 Ti SKUs that will be produced are 3785 and 3797.
