Andrew_WOT Suspicions sale of a batch of EVGA cards here. May be something EVGA can look into, someone definitely got his hands on supply chain.
TECHYESCITY Brian did a video about the GregSalazar 72x EVGA 3060Ti auction video I linked the other day. Brian figured it was a random "business" that ordered a pallet of cards through a distributor. It's likely the sale you linked is doing something similar. The Kingpins make me pretty suspicious though. I thought those where EVGA Elite exclusive?

Back on topic, no one's taking the under line on my guestimation of at least 5 KP HC cards showing up on EBay in the next 5 days after tomorrow? I think there’ll be 2 or 3. My gut says 2 but we’ll see. Dabadger84
static.quai This is where I think you need to dial it back the most. Stop telling people how to scam the system. It's not cool.
Judging by the quoted posts I've seen from him (not you), I think my choice to block him early on when he was constantly attacking everyone instead of posting anything useful was a wise decision. He's literally one of two people I have blocked on these forums, the other one hasn't been around as far as I know, in months (thank fork).

That is the problem. Someone with a decent (or devious) mind could sit around and think of ways to scam the system. You're feeding the rest of the minds. Why? Do you want honest buyers to be back 10 or 500 queue spots because you are telling people how to scam the system? The scammers are going to scam, no reason to create more scammers.

I will elaborate. Once upon a time, not so many years ago, I worked on open forum redress claims. The courts put the onus of verifying valid registrants on the business. Because it was the business that did people wrong. A lot of clever people figured out they could use relatives' addresses to get more than they deserved. There's so many more clever ways people figured out how to exploit the system, including supermax prisoners. The kind of bad to the worst of people. When you blab away thinking you're clever, you're just inspiring the worst of people to do what you think you are the first person to think of. It's gross. Stop it.

aliop1 I’m talking about the notify queue. They haven’t done jack**** for the past week for the 3080 or 3090(exception: 8 kingpin cards), but almost daily drops for 3060. There’s not as bad of a silicon shortage if they can move the 3060 queues daily, so why aren’t they paying attention to the higher-margin queues? I’ve been waiting since September 22nd.
Edit: maybe I need a break. Watching the 3897 not move while the 3060 moves is seriously killing me.
Probably. It's not good to come on here everyday and stress over your potential card dropping. You'll end up like some of the other people in here that have kinda gone off the deep-end. I was literally seconds from 3898 in March and I had to wait 1.5 months to get my card. You think being an hour or day away is hard, imagine those in seconds lol. Hopefully you got something to tide you over until your turn arrives so the wait isn't too horrendous
I've been less than a minute from the 3898 for about that long. I can confirm the feeling. It has caused me to tidy up my email inbox to the best it's been in years.
You will be in the next drop. About 40-50 seconds have been falling each time so you're in the pipe. I would be surprised if anything happens next week, but 2-3 weeks from now could be another story. I'm still about 160 seconds out which is a long time in the 3898 queue.

Spot on. Speaking of the queue. Great movement on the 3657 so far this week. That's the high volume SKU to watch... reminds me of the EVGA GTX 1060 6163 SKU (minus the price differential)... lots of those out in the wild. We had 2 at one point in time. Great card. One of them is still running in my nephew's 1080p mATX gaming box. Good luck to all for the rest of this week. I just dropped over a grand on a new range oven today, so hopefully my number doesn't come up any time soon. LOL, who am I kidding, 10G-P5-3885-KR 12/29/2020 9:31:55 PM PT No.

Well 26 hours after I got my notice I had the card in hand. I installed after my work day ended. I ran a few benchmarks. Looks like I'll be due for a CPU upgrade with the Intel 12 series as the CPU is now the bottleneck. Yes it runs Crisis 🤣. Well Crisis 2. For those Cannucks still waiting... The cross border was about $70 for clearing and tax if you upgraded to the UPS international saver shipping which was only $3 more.

That's not too bad at all - I know the customs on the EK order I almost did that I shrunk to get under the customs fees limit would've been crazy high, but that's also coming from Slovenia to the U.S., not from the U.S. to somewhere else.

Both the 360mm CLC and 2060 were each ~$35 CAD for import clearance to Canada. I did pay almost $80 USD for shipping on the 2060 though 😢. I would've had the card on Tuesday, but I pushed it and the CLC back to Thursday on account of UPS shenanigans trying to deliver the CLC.

Dude can you imagine getting the e-mail while you're dead asleep. You wake up and dropkick your computer out the window.

For the North American queue, the "invite to purchase" emails only go out between 9 am and 6 pm PT weekdays (excluding EVGA holidays; i.e., only during EVGA's regular working hours). In addition, it is actually an eight hour window, not a five hour window. Finally, if you receive an "invite to purchase" email and you miss the window, do the following: (1) reply to the email (it should have come from ordernotify@evga.com) and indicate your desire to purchase the card. (2) call EVGA customer service during their working hours (9 am to 6 pm Weekdays (excluding EVGA holidays)): 1.888.881.EVGA (3842) (3) EVGA should be able to locate your reply, confirm that the queue has reached your registration and reissue you a new email with a new link to purchase your card. It might take a day or so for them to confirm on-hand inventory and issue the replacement email. Please be vigilant about checking your in-box, whitelist ordernotify@evga.com with your preferred email client, and do not panic about the 8 hour window. EVGA will get you sorted. Best of luck! P.S. Yes, I am unable to sleep tonight.

Thank you very much for the quick reply, but I am trying to find a thread in this forum regarding the EU queue. I know that Bovine has a spreadsheet on googledocs, but it's not getting updated by those who get notifications. At least, I am trying to get a rough estimate on my queue, I signed up on February... seems a bit too late... will I get a card this year? Or should I realistically look into 2022? Thanks again!

I know he provides a summary in this thread from time to time, but I never checked to see if he has a specific thread for it. “Posts/threads by user” search perhaps?
