Major news for Elite Members. Elite members will have priority for the first 24 hours for new products/launches to buy or enter the queue system. This should cut a majority of people for the future 3080 ti and HydroCopper KP queues when released.

Good news but....This will not change anything in terms of wait time. Folks will now sign up for Elite Membership and the length of the queue will be similar to what it is now. To get Elite Membership is so easy, now that others have a card that they can register and therefore become a Elite Member.

I heard this info along with preferred release window for Elite members. Waiting to hear more complaining and conspiracy theories today on how this is EVGA's sinister master plan to woo buyers with the lowest prices and best customer-focused policies, those dirty crooks!!! So, they decide to extend a completely gratis grandfathered pricing window for another month, due to low stock and other factors. Boy, this master plan of theirs to screw us over is really taking shape... Now they have to hold back stock for another month to get that sweet $70, all this is going to be such a payoff for them in the end $$$. Or they simply could be, hands-down, the only AIB in this mess that is trying to make things right by their customers...

It is another hoop to jump through. The more hoops, the more time, the more money it costs dirtbags who are in it for a buck. The KingPin queue was elite-only and it has moved nicely, days not minutes/hours. I said this back in October, if Best Buy, EVGA, Amazon, etc limited cards/skus to 1 per account and gave Elite/Prime members first crack, it slows down a single dude buying up hundreds/thousands. It does not stop anything, but it evens the odds considerably. Profiteers want a quick buck. Are they going to try to loophole EVGA? Or are they going to focus on the wide open anything goes retailers like Amazon?

Is there a checkbox on the spreadsheet to indicate scalper? Where is this information coming from? I am on my 6th queue card and seconds away from 2 more, single account... I have made exactly 0 off this, all helping out friends and family to get cards. I actually have a 3080 FE from Best Buy ready for pickup today, got that a couple weeks ago... Going to a guy in my office. People need to start blaming themselves instead of ghosts or evil plots or even miners/bots/scalpers... I am doing my part to make sure cards go to gamers, not profiteers. I have a wife/kids/house/job, I am not sitting here all day hunting, but I keep up to date on the queues/drops/etc. I do not use bots or tricks, save a single Discord that alerts when stock drops (poorly I may add). Every time EVGA does something even more generous, the same people still aren't happy. The only thing "fair" will be a system where they get exactly what they want, exactly when they want it, and don't have to do anything to do so. Again, I wish everyone the best, I want everybody who just wants to game/create content/etc to get cards. But take a moment to self-reflect instead of instantly sh***ing on EVGA, of all retailers/AIBs.

zeeesooorsabk11according to reddit, about 60 to 70 3897s dropped for the steup up queue 🤯 This is completely unfair if that's true.... 😤😑 This people bought Series 20 card and then decided to Step-Up. Why do you think that it is unfair and you should have priority? As for dates: queue for new customers at 09/21/2020, queue for Step-Up at 09/23/2020.

Zero movement in 203 days for the card I'm signed up for. I'm not expecting EVGA to come through for me. They've made no effort to do so in 203 days; no reason to start now. Was a loyal customer for over a decade. I'm pretty sure Asus is going to come through on a STRIX OC that I'm in a queue for first (they show some movement). I don't care that EVGA moved the date out to May 14th... they don't have any intention of even trying to get a card in my hands by then (will be 234 days in the queue on May 14th). I was just about to say “is there an Asus queue!?!?” Then I found about it was not. Interesting. Didn’t know about any resellers setting a queue. If true nice, it’s like Micro Center checking IDs and not selling a gpu to anyone who bought another gpu within the last 30 days (not that it makes that much of difference).
