HolybullIt's not like the other vendors give a **** about us...In today's NewEgg shuffle, they put every card in a combo with a Motherboard or a PSU that I don't need. You can always sell PSU. Still be cheaper than buy from scalper. May be this is their new anti-scalper measure?
NewEgg is not combating scalpers... they are scalpers. They are using people's desperation to buy a GPU (or AMD CPU) as a way to unload crap they can't sell otherwise by forcing you to buy a combo. So, to me they are no better than scalpers themselves. I wonder just how many have been picked for the shuffle who have signed up for the single item GPU rather than the combo versus how many have been picked for the shuffle that signed up for the combo.

ShininoKage Well, at least something dropped, but I don't think Jacob knew what he was talking about (or was told wrong) when he said 3897 was dropping this week. *shrug* I'll check again in a few days, maybe.
Um, it's only Wednesday. "This week" is not over yet.
You're right. It's only 60% of the week. With Friday routinely being 'stragglers' and lately Thursday being that way also (and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).
There have been drops every day of the week except Monday. I'm not talking straggler drops either. One thing the spreadsheet does tell you with 100% accuracy is what days of the week drops have occurred. For example, the 3898 has dropped 8 times since launch not including straggler drops. Possibly more, but I didn't count emails that went out the next day after a drop. Half of them have been on a Tuesday including the two drops that occurred in February and March. One on Wednesday. One on Thursday. Two on Friday. Collecting this data didn't require any Excel gymnastics given that the queue has barely moved since the December 1 launch.

rokji I guess Jacob sees what's coming in from overseas but not sure when to get it at EVGA because of current mess at LA and Long beach ports. Even vessel arrived at the port no one knows when they can actually gets the shipments at warehouse. I'm waiting at 9/21 around 1pm for 3080 FTW Ultra.
EVGA has been shipping GPU's by air since the beginning....... fortunately.

jasonmichaelh I assume EVGA resells the Step-Up RMA product as B-stock. Has anyone seen B-stock 30 series cards?
I would go out on a limb and say they would use it for RMA as most companies use refurbished or like new products for warranty replacements.

Not exactly true. Monday has turned into a straggler drop day recently. This week Tuesday was completely barren. It seems that the shift has been more to actual drops happening on Wednesday, and some new drops happening on Friday. Straggler Thursdays and Mondays.

Touché... 🖖🏻
Your response reminded me of a story from my past. Years ago -- circa 2002 or so -- there was a young intern who joined the company I worked at for the summer along with about four or five other interns. She had a catch phrase..."touche" (note, no accent...she pronounced it as if it was a single syllable word). All summer long in response to any conversation she was a part of -- or that she overheard -- she would utter her catch phrase. The other interns thought it was funny. But the other employees and executives -- who were not in on the "joke" -- thought she was just ignorant. Needless-to-say, at the end of the summer (when the intern class usually receives offers to join the company when their schooling is over), she did not get an offer. Perception is often...everything. I see a lot of commentary on the EVGA forums, Reddit, Twitter and elsewhere complaining about the lack of movement of the queues and a lot of folks threatening to pursue AIB cards that are specifically not EVGA because of how they have been treated by the queues. Having been part of this community tracking the queues since October 5 (and pursuing a 30 series card since a few days before September 17 -- I am looking at you Amazon "preorder" that was cancelled), I understand the frustration...and I share it. But despite the unconscionable delays and the impending loss of the grandfathered 2020 prices status for those of us on the queues next week, I am still so very thankful that EVGA took the time and effort to create and maintain these queues. Sometimes, late at night when my friends are happily gaming away on their new 30 series gpus while I putter along on my 3 year old Alienware laptop, I can get frustrated with EVGA. And before I start searching for my proverbial marbles to take back home, it is then that I need to go for a walk around the block and seek a new perspective. It is not that EVGA is the problem...it is that EVGA's solution -- while helpful to many -- has not yet solved my problem. In my opinion, the EVGA queue system remains the worst way to purchase a 30 series graphics card, except for all of the others. I hope your gpu problem is solved soon -- whether through the queues or otherwise. Best of luck! As of 3:35 pm PT Wednesday, April 7, this is the status of the North American queues ( bolded font represents movement from the morning of April 7; italicized parentheticals calculate the length of movement from the prior report): Card SKU Auto-Notify Timestamp / (Change from Previous Summary) Ultra3090 FTW3 Ultra 3987 10/27/2020 20:29:12 (34:02:34) 3090 XC3 Ultra 3975 10/06/2020 06:21:58 3080 FTW3 Ultra 3897 09/21/2020 08:14:51 3080 XC3 Ultra 3885 09/18/2020 09:24:53 3070 FTW3 Ultra 3767 11/09/2020 11 :14:20 3070 XC3 Ultra 3755 11/16/2020 14:43:29 (06:23:27) 3060 Ti FTW3 Ultra 3667 12/01/2020 07:30:47 Gaming3090 FTW3 Gaming 3985 09/24/2020 16:12:06 3090 XC3 Gaming 3973 09/24/2020 00:00:00 3080 FTW3 Gaming 3895 09/16/2020 00:00:00 3080 XC3 Gaming 3883 09/16/2020 11:01:20 3070 XC3 Gaming 3753 10/29/2020 06:20:00 3060 Ti FTW3 Gaming 3665 12/08/2020 18:51:41 3060 Ti XC3 Gaming 3663 12/01/2020 07:32:35 3060 XC3 Gaming 3657 02/25/2021 09:34:35 (00:00:47) Black3090 XC3 Black 3971 09/24/2020 00:00:00 3080 XC3 Black 3881 09/16/2020 15:14:00 3070 XC3 Black 3751 10/29/2020 06:19:23 3060 XC3 Black 3655 02/25/2021 09:07:52 Hybrid 3090 FTW3 Ultra Hybrid 3988 12/11/2020 05:59:52 3090 XC3 Ultra Hybrid 3978 12/08/2020 17:48:51 3080 FTW3 Ultra Hybrid 3898 12/16/ 2020 09:05:12 3080 XC3 Ultra Hybrid 3888 12/10/2020 09:08:56 Hydro Copper (XC3 Delayed)3090 FTW 3 Ultra HC 3989 11/13/2020 09:54:29 3090 XC3 Ultra HC 3979 11/13/2020 00:00:00 3080 FTW3 Ultra HC 3899 11/13/2020 09:13:29 3080 XC3 Ultra HC 3889 11/13/2020 00:00:00 K|NGP|N (Queue sheet) 3998 12/20/2020 18:55:23 May your remaining wait be shorter than you anticipate; it is already longer than you deserve.
