What on earth is that?


When you become Elite you get a spin on the wheel, mostly 10% but 20% and 40% Discounts are possibile.


what wheel is this you speak of??? i'm an elite and dont remember about any wheel.


Me neither when I ordered my card last week.

I'm also an elite member and don't remember anything about a wheel.  I checked my emails and don't see anything about having spun a wheel and received some % discount.  For anyone who has spun said mythical wheel and gotten a % off did it come to you as some type of coupon code in an email? If so what was the email titles and what was the email address it came from please.  (maybe somehow I did this way back when but then now can't remember and can't find any email on it)

Seems like the 3080 gets no movement compared to the others.

Actually, the 3897 has been more active than any of the others. That card dropped in each of the past two weeks. Every now and then a week will go by without a 3897 drop, but without looking back at dates it seems like the 3897 drops 3 out of every 4 weeks. The 3898, on the other hand, is only appearing on Jacob's list about once a month and the queue barely moves when it does appear. Some move even less than that. Some haven't moved at all.

Aww, that's a cute idea! Unfortunately cute ideas don't bring new customers. Based on your history, they don't need to win your heart or your business, as you already prefer to shop with them. They've gotta bring the new ones into the fold! Just like cellphone companies, the best incentives are usually for new customers. Research has shown that you only need to be (barely) good enough to not chase away current customers to another brand/carrier/manufacturer/etc. People would rather not have the hassle of switching, unless a compelling BAD reason from their current brand or an overwhelmingly GOOD offer from a competitor strongly convinces them to do so.

Purportedly nine queues received drops today. Of those, I received or located reports for seven of the queues, including both FTW3 waterlogged cards (the lack of 3070 reports suggests to me that those drops may have consisted of stragglers from prior days' drops).
 
I had to be away from the computer for a number of hours today and will keep hunting for more reports tonight, but for the moment, here is the summary for the North American Notify queues.

I may have clinical depression as a result of this graphics card experience
hopefully not persistent clinical depression, but real and present either way. May this be short lived if possible.
