Well that's not nice for people that have been Elite "forever" since the program began to not be offered no discounto wheel...
 
Granted, I don't know what I'd use it on until the Z590 Dark comes out, but it still woulda been nice.

Purportedly nine queues received drops today. Of those, I received or located reports for seven of the queues, including both FTW3 waterlogged cards (the lack of 3070 reports suggests to me that those drops may have consisted of stragglers from prior days' drops).
 
I had to be away from the computer for a number of hours today and will keep hunting for more reports tonight, but for the moment, here is the summary for the North American Notify queues. 
 
As of 7:45 pm PT Tuesday evening, March 2, this is the status of the North American queues (bolded font represents movement from the morning of Tuesday, March 2; italicized parentheticals calculate the length of movement from the prior report):

With this information it almost seems that they aren't manufacturing anything other than the 3060.  But as someone else said earlier, it could just be that people aren't reporting they are receiving their notification.  I'm still holding out hope that we'll start getting notifications soon.  I personally keep checking the notify site to see if mine has come through.

In general, are we talking one or two per SKU per day?  Dozens?  or no idea.

We don't really know. Likely a fair number of people get notified without reporting here.

Interesting. I get the distinct impression that the line is growing faster than it is shrinking.

Honestly, with the way things are looking, you probably don't even need to start checking your notifies for another few months :/

I have purchased 30 plus items from evga.com 3 duds 30 still good.
 
I have spent more than 15k on evga.com direct from website since I first purchased a p67 mobo.
 
BTW that was a defective mobo and I had so much grief with it I did not buy from evga for a while . But All in all I do believe I was offered a 10% discount on the wheel years ago so I do not think the wheel is new.  Much like now when offered the discount there simply was nothing to buy. So I let it lapse.  Now to be fair with evga quality they sold me the defective p67 mobo and since then 1 defective pump on 1 cpu cooler. Gave me grief the they told me send back the defective cpu cooler gear with no accessories so I did not attach the fan on the radiator they wanted to up charge for the fan. I mailed them the fan in a usps small flat rate they replaced the entire unit it works fine. I also had 1 1600 watt platinum psu die on me they replaced it. So 3 bad items and around 30 good ones.
 
  Also I should have followed up correctly on the evga p67 mobo and I would have gotten a replacement.  All in all I rate them an  A- which for electronics/computers is a good rating. They have also improved with time or maybe I understand their system better and get better service. I have not had any issues with their gear in years. Which is why I am on the notify list for just about every gpu they sell in the 3000 series. They gpus have been perfect so far.

I finally registered for Elite this year even though was eligible for a long time.  I don't recall seeing a spin - would have been nice for a small coupon.  It's fine though.
 
The only EVGA product I ever had problems with was an X58 motherboard that was defective.  I believe I purchased it from another authorized vendor and the service/support was awesome.  I ended up with a new board that worked fine.  In fact, that PC is still being used daily by my daughter for remote schooling 12+ years later without a hiccup!
 
I'm shocked at the lack of movement on the queue even where there were drops.  In some instances I am less than a day away and it feels like it will be months with 24 seconds of movement!  Glad people got cards!

I have purchased at least that many EVGA products, with 4 RMAs.  3 were GPU.  The other item was a Z68 FTW motherboard.  The replacement is still running today.  I never bought another EVGA motherboard after that.  The BIOS was never properly fixed.
 
BTW, no wheel of discount for me.

Maybe, but Powerlink won't fit the below 3070 due to its protruding heat pipes.  RTX 3060 Dinky has a shot... there appears to be a shorter heatsink

I was going to make a joke about the new ETF $BUZZ and how it is solely for investors who have been lucky enough to purchase 30 series cards that suffer from coil whine, but that joke was never going to land.

Yep, learned that lesson myself.  I remember sitting there at the beginning thinking "there's no reason for me to sign up for any card other than the 3 I would consider right now".  Oh how foolish I was...

I've been reading the The Three Body Problem over the past couple of days.  The writing style is a little odd, and I can't tell if that's because it's translated from Chinese, or if that's just the preferred narrative style in China.  Either way, great book.  In it, some characters use what they call a V-Suit, which is a haptic type suit to go along with your VR kit.  I'm not sure if it's because this book is set in the past, where RP1 is the future, but it really got me interested in where that technology sits.
 
Apparently there's this thing called a Teslasuit, and it looks/sounds kind of awesome.  I know VR gaming isn't quite there yet, but has anyone used a 3000 series for VR gaming?  Even more unlikely, has anyone used a Teslasuit?  I'm fascinated enough that I'll probably enter a queue for a slightly lower end card and wait half a year or so to build a new rig around it just to kick the tires on this.  Visual VR never appealed to me, outside of maybe watching movies on the headset, but a haptic suit to boot?  That's a little more fascinating.

My 5900X CPU comes today, according to UPS tracking. I have the case, motherboard, memory, storage, PSU, CPU, etc., for my new computer to replace my 5 year old computer. Now all I need is a graphics card.
 
I'm 74. It is starting to look more probable that a supermodel will show up at my front door and propose marriage than that I will get a graphics card any time soon.
 
Biden just announced that COVID vaccine will be available for every American (and presumably for a lot of illegal aliens) before the end of May. What are the odds that GPUs will be readily available before the end of May? Probably close to zero.
