Could someone explain how the notified Google doc page is supposed to read? I'm a bit confused. 
 
I signed up for the following card:

The air cooler 3090 FTW Ultra has (18:10:51) after it, what does that mean?

Ahhh i see! Thank you for explaining it. The dates and times are updated accordingly. By the time I get the notification to purchase 3080TI will be out. lol. 
 

What was throwing me off was the auto-notify timestamp on the 3090 ftw3 ultra.

I was thinking the timestamp would of been updated to 18:10:51. But the date was updated from the 18:10:51. Meaning that it was 10/08/2020 XX:XX:XX and moved to 10/09/2020.

PSU talk continued - I have a 9700K and I'm planning on getting a 3080, but have a platinum EVGA 650W. All the calculator sites say that it should be fine, but people here say that it's better to get a 750-850W at least. I don't plan on too much OC on CPU and I'm not going to OC the GPU.
Also, repeating the question - I used the EU site to request a notification on three of the GPUs I'm interested in. I saw in the OP post that US store has an 8hr window for a purchase when you get a notification, but EU doesn't - is it still true?

For you and anyone else looking for a pretty decent PSU for a good price, this one is 700w bronze, and it has a 5 year warranty. It's "only" semi-modular, but the 750w version got good a good review from J.G. 
 
 
 
$68 after $10 is a great price for a solid overall PSU. I'd buy it. 

Thanks, unfortunately I'm in Poland, so Newegg is not an option for me. I'll keep an eye for decent, 750W PSUs though - by the time a GPU is available, I'll surely get a PSU. :) Fun fact from Poland - 3060 Ti is now at release price of 3080 and 3080s doubled their release price. Madness, EVGA shop pls save me.

Newegg does ship internationally. VAT and customs will applied at checkout. 

I've only recently started following the drops closely as my 3070 is a little more than a minute away now.  Have their been drops on Fridays in the past?  Or just carry over from non responses from yesterday most likely?

Yo, What is going on with my notification??? i submitted an Auto Notify on the 3080 FTW3 Ultra BACK ON SEPTEMBER 21, 2020 at 3:40:43 PM. I'm seeing people who got a notification to purchase this on September 17 who bought it, AND I've seen people who auto-notified in F-ing JANUARY are getting notified and buying theirs. I've been waiting for 4 MONTHS already, and seeing people in queue behind me get their notifications is frustrating. i also placed an Auto-Notify for the 3090 FTW3 Ultra back on November 23, 2020 5:13:12 PM as well, in case that came in first. Why haven't I gotten a notification for the 3080 FTW3 Ultra yet??? if EVGA isn't going to send notification emails IN ORDER OF THE QUEUE it kinda defeats the F-ing purpose of even having a queue.  Don't get me wrong, i 100% understand the shortages, and limited stock, but the purpose of the queue was to fairly distribute the cards that are in stock. it's just incredibly frustrating to see the queue not functioning as promised.

To those of you still hunting through the frustration... I feel your pain, believe me.
 
For weeks I have been stuck at 12 to 14 hours down the line in the "RTX 3080 XC3 ULTRA" and "RTX 3080 XC3 ULTRA HYBRID" queues, only to find that it has now stopped moving entirely. Big mistake not signing up for notifications day one, although at the time I honestly did not think it would end up being like this.
 
I am starting to wonder if I might have better luck "F5-Camping" retailers like Newegg and Best Buy, which I do sometimes, but I just can't 24/7 like it obviously demands for success. I just read some comments saying that there were cards available for a whole 30 minutes last night on Newegg, but when?! 2 in the morning? Regrettably, I can't just dedicate my life to the pursuit of a GPU. I cannot be 45 living in my parents' house rent free, and to be perfectly honest I wouldn't want to. I have bills to pay. However, it does seem that there is actually an astonishingly large number of those who can sit all day and camp, and somehow they still have $1,000 or more to throw at a graphics card. Rich parents? Lottery winners? 30 year old self-made multi millionaires? All of the above? I dunno.
 
Anyway... my apologies but this is by far the single most heinous and ludicrous thing I have ever seen with relation to gaming. At this point it feels as if some of us may be better off coasting on what we have and waiting for the 4000 series just so we can see a chance to buy a 3000.
 
Either way, best of luck. The sooner you get yours, the sooner I will possibly get mine lol.

What? The 3080 FTW3 Ultra is still on 9/18. Who are you seeing signed up for the queue in Jan and getting their cards....

Misunderstanding the queues and how they work is making a ton of people flip out unnecessarily. 
 
And not everyone buying multiple skus through the queues are scalping.  They could be helping family, friends, coworkers, etc... And selling them at their costs or less.  This helps everyone, less people actively searching for cards.  Also, what about the people who signed up for a 3080, got it, then registered for the KingPin.  Is it somehow unfair that they got in both lines and decided to keep the better card after getting the first?  They got in line before you in multiple queues, I would not be blaming them or the queue system.  
 
Too many people painting with broad brushes here and/or deciding to rant before understanding what they are ranting about...

Wow, well this is a first for me.  Here is the nightly North American queue summary.  Normally, I would say "bolded font represents movement from Monday morning’s summary; italicized parentheticals calculate the length of the movement", however there has been no material movement today.  Ouch!
