It will hopefully comes with Jacob frees up. It is a courtesy...that he only recently started doing. And, yes, very helpful.

You do know that hes a PC builder and sells those cards at MSRP... and has a very long "queue system" as well. Not many small business' out there that are selling at MSRP prices, hes not scalping anyone.
I don't recall saying he was scalping? just that he got a large shipment, and the evga queue hasn't moved at all.
176 cards shipping today he said. Pretty awesome. His 3080 queue is pretty large though. I was able to get my 3090 FTW3 Ultra from him. Ordered 11/28 and had in my hands on 12/9.
i have a friend on his 3080 queue list as well, ordered 11/29, and still waiting for the call from him. i believe he is in mid november, but have many people at the top of the list waiting on Strix and FE cards.
I think it's great that so many people are getting cards, IMO it just seems odd that he is getting a steady supply, but evga's queue isn't moving at all. I thought about getting in his queue, but there's really no point when I'm at 9:09:10 for the ftw3 hybrid and I would be waiting until 2022 to get one from him lol
EVGA has commitments to the very suppliers that he uses such as ASI and Ma Labs. I honestly would not get in his 3080 queue at this time.
Oh i don't plan on it, it would be pointless at this point. I'm going to keep trying BB and may try to make a trip to a microcenter at some point depending how the 3898 queue moves because I am still pretty far out for any of the other 3080 (10/9/20 06:06 am when I signed up for the other 3080's)

It's consistently been the Ultra variants first, with the base variants of the XC3/FTW3 coming second, and the XC3 Gaming in dead last. Hybrids are currently being fulfilled pretty quickly for those who signed-up at launch of those SKUs, though. Hydros are delayed. In other words, barring a huge drop to clear out the remaining launch day sign-ups, 3881/3883/3895 won't go out until 2021.
10G-P5-3881-KR 9/17/2020 9:44:07 PM PT No 10 SKUs "launched" on 9/16, three of which have queues that still haven't even reached the 9/17 release date. EVGA: where are the 3881, 3883, and 3895?

I look for the Road map to see If I even need to watch this thread for the day. If the card I am looking for is not on it I just ignore this till the next day. If it is then I look to see if anyone reports getting one so I can see how many seconds/mins closer I get. normally I have seen the roadmap before 11am PT. was hoping it would have been posted by now is all :)

Based on the hybrid queue (can't remember how to get to it at the moment) and the number of time stamps that have fallen for the 3080 FTW Hybrid, the timeline basically goes like this... 9:00-9:02. Server was bogged down and nobody got a time stamp. 9:02-9:03. A few time stamps were issued to the lucky few who got in "right away", but not many. Those folks already got their purchase links and got to eat the leftovers from launch day. 9:03-9:10. The vast majority of the time stamps are in this range, at least last time I checked. 9:11- later. Big drop off. Hopefully the queue isn't too dense in between 9:03 and 9:10 and it will move fairly quickly. Nobody wants to see it crawl like the air cooled queues. At a glance, it doesn't seem like there is nearly as much interest in this card as the air cooled 3080. Not sure why. They are basically the same thing. If I was more than a day away in a queue for an air cooled 3080 I would go for a hybrid instead. Easiest decision ever.

I got one a little over 2 hours away that depending on when they stock a shipment I may have enough time to get there and get one. I've been monitoring, but nearly every time they have stocked the 3080 shelf, I'm either working or there wasn't enough stock to last 2 hours. Oh well, we'll all keep trying and eventually we'll all have one

Oh, goodness, my mom used to get that calendar for me in college. I would end up not pulling the pages off for months at a time. The dog of the day calendars are much better (in my opinion). My daughter, however, has the Cat of the day calendar; and that calendar gets turned every single day.

Not exactly off topic, but maybe not on topic either. Anyone interested in the manufacturing process for these cards? I'd love to see some footage and/or a documentary on the trials and tribulations of the supply chain, how the cards are made, etc.

svnipp Looks like enewt is buying "Word of the Day" toilet paper again... Exigent?!?! Throwin' out the big words there...
Oh, goodness, my mom used to get that calendar for me in college. I would end up not pulling the pages off for months at a time. The dog of the day calendars are much better (in my opinion). My daughter, however, has the Cat of the day calendar; and that calendar gets turned every single day.
We have 3 dogs and 4 cats in our house so we go both ways on that one. Granted only 1 dog and 3 of the 4 cats are actually ours. But one of the extra dogs is starting to grow on me, just don't tell anyone I said that. :)

Razorhog Not exactly off topic, but maybe not on topic either. Anyone interested in the manufacturing process for these cards? I'd love to see some footage and/or a documentary on the trials and tribulations of the supply chain, how the cards are made, etc.
its not EVGA, but there are youtube vids where ZOTAC and Gigabyte show footage of how their components are made by hand/robot

SubiXT Do I need to update the Google Sheets Notify list? or someone else is keeping track. 9/18/2020 8:54:48 AM PT Yes
You can certainly try to update the spreadsheets. That has proven difficult for some. I've frankly given up on the spreadsheets.

I honestly think your summary table is the best way to track where exactly the queues are right now. People make data entry errors on that spreadsheet constantly, plus the tracking algorithm of when you can expect your card is just plain inaccurate. Thanks for all the work you're doing :) When my card drops i'll be sure to use your associates code.
