I honestly think your summary table is the best way to track where exactly the queues are right now.  People make data entry errors on that spreadsheet constantly, plus the tracking algorithm of when you can expect your card is just plain inaccurate.

I agree with you.  I started the daily table for myself...just so I could remain sane during this process.  Then I shared it with the thread once, and the rest is....  Anyway, the sheets have ordinal number positioning which is entirely misleading...and the "projection column"...don't even get me started on that.  Following the sheets projections of my timestamps would have made me go insane.  Anyway, to each their own.

Woah it's gonna move today? How much for the 3080 FTW Hybrid?? 👀

Spreadsheet is showing that 3897 moved up to 9:33 AM PST. Sadly, more notifies in the later part of the morning than during the overnight hours so it definitely seems to have slowed down a bit. Thats 1 hour and 13 minutes until my time slot. Still crossing my fingers I get my notify and get my order in and delivered before January 4 (this is when my boyfriend leaves town and he was going to help me with my build). 
 
Edited: I can't do math and I'm actually 1 hour and 13 minutes away, not 2 hours and 13 minutes.

It would not be possible to swap your queue position with another card. People who signed up before you for that card would get screwed. Next time you will know to just sign up for every SKU right when they become available.

The Kingpin queue moved another 40 people on the spreadsheet already.
 

 
I started the transfer because payment finally cleared on Paypal, but I'm not payin' $10 so it's not instant this time, cannot grab if do not hef fundos - I guess I get to spend tonight researching how people are getting the Kingpin to perform with the stock AIO cooler on the LN2 BIOS eh?  Sajin has a thread about it I think, I'll haveta check that out.
 
I managed to get +210 Core/+1100 vRAM on my card to pass Port Royal (twice, in a row, and no artifacts, +225 crashes midway through the benchmark though), so I definitely got a live one.

Damn got the KP notification! Have a TUF 3090 on order with EKWB coming for it! Decisions.

 
If you already ordered the liquid block, I would honestly say stick with what you have coming - because there are no blocks for the Kingpin yet, and they'll be very niche if they come out at all, since it is a very-limited run card.
 
Not that I WANT you not to get the Kingpin cuz that'll move the queue forward another spot & get me one step closer to GPU Armageddon Doomsday...
 
*Eureka moment* are the NVLink bridge connectors in the same spot on the Hybrid & Kingpin cards?.... no I can't do that, and I especially can't spend $80 on a NVLink bridge for a few days of testing. lol

Yeah I don't understand why these people want queue swapping so bad. Sign up for every one, you know this is going to be a difficult item to get. Look at every other major tech release and tell me you thought oh I'll sign up for 1 thing at 1 place and I'll be good.

They are the ones that see the other line moving faster at the bank and so they jump over and say "well this was my spot in that line. So I deserve a spot here in this line."

People should realize that they would be taking someone else's place in line. Not cool

The search to save my rig from this heart attack it had last night continues, then. Oh well, what can I do.

The first 3 hours is usually when we get people coming in saying they got a email. after that its people who just got back from work and just just his email. I thought today was going to be a good day. especially since tomorrows the last day for this week.
