I see it said that the que line is based on when we signed up. I seen someone on Twitter say if we received a notification before though, that our place in line was reset though? Not sure if that is true or not. I got a notification for 3080 FTW3U on the 23rd and wasn't able to get one because all the issues back then. Did I get placed to the back of the line because that? Or did they put those who signed up early for notifications back in line where they belong?

I would think your original queue time is still valid now, but probably best to wait for an official answer

Mellingera Is this queue based on the order we signed up for the notifications? or does it randomly select a batch of people who are signed up? If we click the notify button again now to make sure we are signed up, will that change our place in the queue?

rahimdamji29 This is awesome. I heard evga CS was the best around, I promise if I am able to get a card by the end of month I will always buy evga for life.

it has been multiple times in the thread. In order of the sign up when you first did the sign up, so doing it again does not change your place in line

they should do a separate queue for elite members for 25% of their stock. I wish i had actually registered any of the 6 EVGA cards I had.

Yes we will process your order. Going forward emails will be sent only during business hours. Congrats you were one of the first to hit auto notify :)
Can you guys make sure you don't send those emails during the night? Or extend the grace period from 5 hours. Obviously if you send the mail at 1am while we are asleep we will not be able to purchase.

Yeah I had seen that. And there was another post that asked on Twitter if we kept our place in line and Jacob only responded that we don't have to sign up again. It could be since he's reading so many questions he wasn't clear on the question, but the answer also can be left to interpretation.
Theres really nothing to be left to interpretation and nothing to be confused about. jacob has said multiple times in tweets and on here that the first registration is the one they use regardless if you sign up multiple times, and even if you tried to get one before your spot was still there.

I'm sure its been answered 10 times, but I am at work and can't sit down to read Twitter nor 21 pages of comments .... so please be kind and patient ... I signed up for notification for ALL the 3080 cards but I only really want the FTW. Do I get a choice when my name comes up? Do I have to decline the X3 and go to the back of the line? Or do I simply slide into my spot on the FTW line? Truly sorry for the probable repost but my patients can't wait and its a long 12 hour shift without information. Thx in advance.

Hey guys...curious about this. I'm SUPER stoked they are taking steps to protect and honor their true customers and I am praying to every diety I get a FTW3 Ultra this year.
With that being said, I used the auto notify button on all the cards quite early on but I never got a confirmation email nor a single restock notification email. I wonder if my first request to notify went through...should I be worried since I've never gotten anything previously?

Each card is treated individiually, so no you will not get a choice. When you get a notification for whichever card comes available, you will only be able to buy that one. So for instance, if the XC comes through for you, you would have to just let it expire and wait for the FTW to come through. All the lines are separate so you wont be getting put to the back of line for FTW if the XC comes through.

The only notification is on the sign-up page after you've signed up, it'll tell you you're signed up. Just sign up again to be sure if you want, but if you know you did sign up, you're fine. A new sign up doesn't reset the first sign up.

We have made some changes to the checkout process for EVGA.com 30 Series orders. Now we are using a queue based notification system. To sign up, use the notification button on the product you would like to be notified for. For everyone who already used the notify button previously, you are already entered. Once product is available (and it is your turn to purchase), you will receive a secure email that will allow you to purchase the product that you received a notification for. Please note that you have 5 hours to place your order, if your order is not complete within 5 hours, the product will be released back into queue system. Also note that your email address that was used for the notify system MUST MATCH an email that has a registered EVGA account, if an account is not available with that email, you will need to create one before you can purchase. Also note that this system will be available for US store first and evaluating for other regions. Thanks EVGA
