Says not active. Does that mean they ran out and discontinued production of that model?

Only those registrations that are marked “true” are active. Per EVGA rules, you can have no more than two concurrent active registrations.

 
So since I had like a half dozen items in queue I was disqualified totally?

My two queued cards are the following, from reading the previous post I am less than a day for the 3080 Hydro Copper (4 hours or so) for 08G-P5-3785-KL 6/23/2021 10:36:03 PM PT 
then
10G-P5-3889-KL 6/23/2021 10:37:50 PM PT for the 3070 TI. Do we think either hit this week? Appreciate any feedback.

   EVGA should red flag people who's serial numbers end up with another person within days or weeks of purchase.
 

 
That would not be practical for many reasons but if people would only pay less than 15% over MSRP it would rid the Card flippers from the Queue 
We are very close to meeting this target, anyone flipping cards is not getting what they thought right now, there is no way to flip a card and break even from the  NE Scalping schuffle.

For 3785, there were no reports of it since January 18, 2022.  Though my linear estimates tell me you will get the notify on or before Mar/2/2022 6:51:27.
For 3889, that queue slowed way down recently.  My estimates tell me you will get it on or before Jun/6/2149 18:39:56.

No, your oldest two notifies are kept. For a while, you could not remove your existing notifies. Thankfully, EVGA recently re-introduced the ability to remove notifies. While this will allow you to pick and choose which notifies to keep, you can't re-add queue 2.0 notifies once removed. Unless they re-open the sign-ups. In that case, you're sent to the back of the line.

Well I deleted all of them all but one. Come this may it will be a whole year. Almost bought a 3090 though from a scalper on facebook who was able to pull a couple cards from the queue.  He claimed he got them from the 'step up queue'. Is that the same thing as the regular queue? Shame some people are gaming the system. EVGA should red flag people who's serial numbers end up with another person within days or weeks of purchase.

The "step up queue" is actually the Step Up Program.  It means if you buy a card from EVGA, you have a 90 day window where you can trade it in for a higher performing card.  You just pay the difference in price, maybe some shipping as well.

I just cleared all my queue. I did get a 3070 back in October 2020, Very grateful BTW. However I always wanted the flagship. I would like to get into the queue for a 3080ti. I guess that is not possible though.

Yeah.  Unfortunately, the queues for all 30 series cards from 2020 and 2021 closed back on September 27, 2021.  And the next best thing (RTX 3080 12gb, a 2022 card) also has sign-ups closed.

Well, at least there is one less person from 2020 in the queue. I hope my spot goes to you guys/gals and not a scalper. Good luck!

I kept saying this the last time the Kingpin Hybrid plummeted to $2300 on ebay during the middle of last year...then there was such a long drought that the prices skyrocketed back to $4500+ over the holidays. The real problem is the long gaps in availability for specific cards

That depends on which specific SKU you got. What is your SKU number on that?

Was trying to get in on the new egg shuffle today but all the 3080s are 12gb writings on the wall people..it's the new ....new....I for one am done buying nvidia products after my queue goes through if it ever does.

Sadly that's the new trend. The vanilla 3080 cannot coexist with the 12gb nor with the Ti version, it will kill sales. Having the 3 options available, the original 3080 is by far the best bang for your buck.

Found a place that sells the 3090 FTW3 Ultra for $2500 and change. Is that a good price?

I would say "no".  The 3987's MSRP is $1919.99. It's queue is essentially fully satisfied (I am not aware of anybody who was in that queue that has not received an invite to purchase it...the last report of a successful registration being in late August 2021). For me, that is not a price I would pay for a 3987.  

Microsoft is really spinning...trying to squeeze the Actard acquisition through regulatory authorities in 17 or so jurisdictions. Their latest commitment: a universal app store which -- presumably -- could sit on any platform (including, Sony's should they be willing to accept it). Keep pushing that salad spinner, Phil....  
 
In other news...it is Camel Day! Let's hope they show up and stampede across all of the SKUs. The number of asterisked SKU rows in the Google Doc version of the Summary is growing...and that is disheartening.
 
@EVGA_JacobF, you tweeted last week that we could expect a drop to the 3551 queue this week...just a few short business hours left in the week to make that happen...why wait?
