Called my credit card company and they tried everything they could to approve the transaction, but still encountered an authentication error on the EVGA site.

I sent you a PM.  Can you confirm you are in the -KL and not the -KR queue?  Are you at 10:14 AM or PM?  PT or ET?

Congratulations and thanks for reporting back.  Any chance your credit card is tied to a non-North American address?  Replying to the invite email was the right thing to do.  Hopefully they get your sorted very shortly.  Again, congratulations!

Thanks, and no, my credit cards are tied to my address in California. I've even used these same cards previously to order my 3967 from EVGA's site.
After talking with my credit card company on the phone, they turned some of their knobs and told me to wait an hour before trying again.
So I waited an hour and still had the same issue with both cards.
Then I called EVGA and the guy there didn't really know how to fix it, and he basically said that it was my credit cards fault, even though the credit card companies approved and overrode everything that they could.
The only other thing I think I could try was to create a paypal account instead of using credit cards.
But when I tried to use paypal, even paypal was asking for my credit card information...
So I just entered the same non-working credit card to paypal anyways and surprisingly enough, the order through paypal actually worked and I finally got the order placed through EVGA's site!!
Today, I used enewt's code, the time before that I used nezff's code, and the time before that I used kram's code.
 
3080ti HC is on the way!
I can't wait to test and compare this HC block to my Optimus block that is installed on my old 3967 card!

let us know the difference because i too am in the queue for the 3969(about 7 minutes away now!) and Im curious if theres much of a difference
