In my case you never know when your email is going to pop up, I only got in the Q for the cards I wanted and see which one comes in. I Started following this thread  a month after the launch , and have been here everyday since OCT 17. I got in the Ebay step-up Program in November , registered it,  and got my Elite and Associate code that month too. no spin for me.
I ended up getting a Kingpin first , even though I got in a month late.
the First card I got in line for, purchased a friend at my cost, there was still 2 more options, I had, that people asked me for until the email got here and then they got cold feet on purchase day, so there is that too. Looks like I am done , I will still hang around and try to help those who are still waiting, Good week all around , Cheers and have a great weekend

Can someone explain this to me? Am I to understand that my number is 3897 on 11/25/20 is still only on 09/06/20 and every 35 minutes the next person get 5 hours...... or.... I don't understand what this is telling me. No matter what I figure it ends up not making sense. To be fair to myself, I have been up for 36 hours or so trying desperately to sleep when I got annoyed thinking about how I have a brand new built computer with all the newest hardware in it already full of dust ready for cleaning before I can even purchase my GPU AND I HAVE THE MONEY so I came on here and found this forum for the first time.... And I see these things, I see my number and cryptic words that have me finding new hope...... Yet for some reason I feel as if this hope is foolish.This is such a new experience for me. To have money for something that I was, that is legal, and sold mainstream, yet unavailable for more than a half of a year! Then I get this email and I'm PSYCHED, but it's an email to tell me that I'm gonna have to pay the same amount of money for an inferior product than I originally signed up for (KL) a double slap in the face. A rush of excite for a very rapid come down, and the a gut shot with the KL thing. I hadn't even IMAGINED mining with this thing until I got that email and looked into mining now I'd rather have an XC black KR than a FTW ultra KL... unfortunately I removed my only other auto notify from as early as november and the rest are from this year. I'm so desparate I don't even care, and I won't even dream of demanding a discount for getting KL when a  KR is the same price (which I would most certainly normally do or at least dream of).

is 3897 just the sku and the date is what matters? So between 9/6/20 to 11/25/20 someone ordered the same sku every 35 minutes and now those notifications are going out to them one at a time  with a 5 hour time frame to accept.... so basically I'm thinking that I take all the days betwwne those two dates and measure how many times 35 minutes is able to happen then multiply that nuumber by 5 hours and that's how long it will be before I get my notify? That will be like a year!!!!! Please tell me I'm wrong. Someone explain this to me please!

;( At this point I wish I had signed up for an auto notify for every single fan cooled 3080 EVGA makes instead of the just one. I'll take ANY 3080 at this point. I'll by your XC black from you in exchange for my november 25th place in line for an FTW ultra..... hahaha Seriously though UGH.

my number is 3897 and I placed the order on 11/25/20 even if you can't explain to me what he meant, can you tell whether or not I'm close to getting called based on this info? Or am I right.... I still got an eternity left to wait...... 

PS I'm glad I came here actually seeing this 5 hour time limit to grab the email and claim it..... I could have sworn when i signed up it said it would gimmie 12 hours to react.

Edit: I think I figure it out.  The "italicized parentheticals calculate the length of movement from the prior report" mislead me to understand it wrongly. When I looked at it long enough I relaize how it works. Basically I hjvae like 4 months left to wait. *sigh* It's really gonna take a full year to get this card I'm fricken astounded. This is such a unique experience  I feel as if I can relate in even some small way to the ancients who surely had to wait on supply for months on a regular basis.

Edit, Edit: No I can't be right.... It's saying it move 1 hour per day....... if it continued like that this would mean I have another 3.2 years to wait lol Can this be right!?!?!? This isn't even counting that there is no movement on weekends, which would make it a good chunk more than 3.2 years. I'm missing something right? Please tell me I haven't been waiting since november anxiously checking my emails daily for no reason at all.......... god please tell me I'm missing something.

That's pretty sad honestly with the HC cards dripped out on AN Elite signup day and that's it. It'll be 2 months of nothing in 3 days. Does EK still make the blocks for their cards? Wonder if they are the issue and why HC gets no love.

mdb983 just noticed that the KPE HC's auto-notify button has been removed.  I am just now coming to terms with the likely reality that I will never see a KPE HC for my rig (I am currently standing at #112 in our self-reported list...I've been at #112, give or take a position, for months).  #SadAmphibian
