Congratulations and thanks for reporting back. Thanks also for using the Associate’s Code for your 3% discount at checkout; it is appreciated. Enjoy your new titanium goodness! DrBunsen Thanks for the advice about using v47 of Firefox to get the coupon code to work! Whew! My way-too-expensive 3080 Ti is on its way! (At least the 20% coupon code and 3% enewt code made it a little easier to rationalize.)
Again, congratulations! Enjoy your new gaming goodness. And thanks for using the Associate’s Code for your 3% discount at checkout; I really appreciate it.

Thanks, folks. gregdepot
BURN_BaD
The_Bishop So, query for you: I'm going to have to travel out of town at the end of the week. If I don't get my notify before I need to leave, will I have any problems having the card shipped to the address I'll be staying at?
Probably not, so long as the shipping address is residential and not a hotel. The EVGA online store ships to the Continental U.S., Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. EVGA does not accept the use of the following address listings for any purchases made through EVGA.com.
- Hotels or Motels
- Mail or Package forwarding companies
- Private Mailboxes
- APO/FPO Addresses for orders over $200 USD (due to shipping restrictions)
- UPS Stores or Stores with shipping mailboxes
- P.O. Boxes
- Addresses that are non-standard or cannot be confirmed as a house or work place
Also make sure to pay with your credit card, and not PayPal. With a credit card payment, the billing and shipping addresses do not necessarily have to match. PayPal is iffy about that; both addresses have to match.
I shipped a 3060 from EVGA to my Friend in Alaska directly and its not the Continental U.S., Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada. So this is not conclusive unless it just changed. EDIT or maybe I don't know what the Continental US is which includes Alaska? I'm used to the term CONUS in the Military for the 48 states.

No the term Continentinal US includes Alaska. Lower 48 states does not. also contiguous states means lower 48 and excludes Alaska and Hawaii Many confuse Continental US with Contiguous states

Hmmm so you paid for the GPU and had it shipped to your friend under his name and address? Didn't think that was possible. I've only shipped items to my name (and current address where I'm staying) when I'm out of town.

Jacob confirmed that there is "very limited quantity this week" even though last week was "very limited quantity". I'm losing hope and I forgot why I was even excited in the first place, this whole GPU launch is a joke. I'm tired of waiting a damn year to SPEND MONEY on something.

Less whining, more patience please. It is what it is. Complaining's not going to make the queue move any quicker. If you don't have the patience and absolutely must have a card now, you could always try Amazon, the Newegg shuffle if you're lucky or the hundreds of price-gouged GPUs available online. Otherwise, sit down. Sit tight. Nut up or shut up.

I think EVGA should stop shipping cards to vendors and concentrate on fulfilling orders that came through website from THE MOST LOYAL customers EVGA has. Vendors sell to those who happen to be there and might not be a loyal fan of EVGA. I am waiting for my queue for the last 6.5 months (many others are waiting even longer - 9 month) and queue moved one week. That is unacceptable. There are more than 3000 people in front of me in line (at least). At same time we see someone selling 50x lot of sealed EVGA cards on Ebay for hefty profit, we begin wonder who EVGA is loyal to? Us or mighty $? If you loose us you loose sales. Yes, today GPUs are in unbelievable demand. But that will not be the case in the future... Don't get me wrong. I love EVGA products. I own 4 GTX 760, 3 GTX 1060, 3 GTX 1080, one RTX 2070 super, three x299 motherboards, 2 CPU water coolers, half dozen of PSUs and many many more accessories (all EVGA brand). My son and daughter proudly wear EVGA t-shirts. But we are getting very frustrated with this debacle. Something has to change.

Yes, because the silicon shortage is EVGA's fault. Cryptocurrency mining is EVGA's fault. Scalpers are EVGA's fault. Tariffs are EVGA's fault. Supply chain and logistic issues are EVGA's fault. I could go on... None if this is their fault and they're doing the best they can. Hell, they're doing better than anyone else is. I swear... there's no pleasing some people. So why bother. They should just sell them to whomever because they're damned if they do and damned if they don't. dmadzhitov I think EVGA should stop shipping cards to vendors and concentrate on fulfilling orders that came through website from THE MOST LOYAL customers EVGA has. You're right, something has to change... but that's all out of EVGA's hands. And expecting them to sell to only their LOYAL customers is absurd. There are plenty of people in the queue that are not loyal customer. There are people that are scalping cards from the queues, there are first time EVGA customers, there are people that don't give a crap about brand loyalty. And besides, there are a crap ton more EVGA cards going through the queue than through retailers. In fact, I've been watching retailers for cards and they're not getting them in. Newegg is about the only one I'm seeing with stock on the shuffle. And I'm sure that Micro Center is as well. But Amazon isn't getting anything as are many others. So it seems like EVGA is already prioritizing the queue over the retail channels. And expecting them to tell retailers to entirely piss off is dumbfounding. This sucks, but they're videos cards. Not food, water or some necessity and crap like this is so entitled. They're doing the best they can and people need to lay off. What are you doing about the situation? Because you have about as much control over what's going as EVGA does.

@ dmadzhitov I don’t think you understand you can’t just not ship cards to vendors. That’s what makes them not carry your brand anymore and when this shortage is over they will need to be able sell all of their products through those vendors. They aren’t just going to take psus if they aren’t getting gpus. Evga obviously also makes more money selling the queue since there is no cut for another retailer.

nomoss I understand the frustration Europeans have with getting video cards, but honestly I'm not overly sympathetic for people who try to skirt the system.
EVGA's rules are clearly stated: https://www.evga.com/support/faq/FAQdetails.aspx?faqid=59306 They have a dedicated website for EU orders: https://eu.evga.com/ They also list EU retailers both online and box stores: https://www.evga.com/products/WhereToBuy.aspx?t=Online
If you don't like these clear policies, then feel free to buy from a EU based AIB.
It's all about equality, my 5$ should be equally treated as your 5$, don't you think? Either N. Americans are far better at que numbers, reporting or something else, seems like there is big disproportion in delivered numbers. What's the point of having separate ques, if you are not going to treat your costumer equally? Ethically, very questionable practice, most likely legally, too...

Aqulex84 Yeah it would be much helpful to provide ANY information. Sorry to say, but the European customers are treated like customers 2nd class. No informations, no proper supply, nothing. I signed up for 3090 quene last year half an hour after launch and still got nothing. I signed up for 3080ti and 3070ti just to get the chance to buy ANY card. If you dont want us to be customers then its fine, just tell us and we can go out and hunt for asus, gigabyte and so on, because they at least provide big portions of cards every few days to european customers and store here in europe. My patience has gotten low with you and even if iam a real BIG Fan of EVGA and buying cards from your company for over 10 years now im starting to be fed up with all that waiting stuff. Yeah i know harsh words, but truth always hurts. We got two guys on our Spreadsheets that still cant buy their card because that freakin link is broken for a week now. Sorry to say but thats just BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. For all of us european customers it feels like were more an annoying pain for you as we are customers youre happy about to have.
I really don't understand why European citizens are treated in (what I see as) unfair way. Regardless of good intentions from EVGA, this situation resulted in unfair treatment that nobody would like to (or should) experience. It would be fair to hear from EVGA what are the reasons for such behavior.
Only thing I can think of is they are a NA based company. It's easier for people this side of the pond to make a headache for EVGA than people from around the world. You should be upset at other card producers for not doing the same thing for their particular regions. Just my 2 cents, spend it any way you want to.
Lot of others NA based companies are not making distinctions among customers, don't you think? Also, I should not be upset about any AiB's? Prices are upsetting enough...

I don't take it personally. At the end of the day, it's every man for himself. In times of crisis, there is no equality or even loyalty, and "fairness" is a hollow phrase even under normal circumstances. When our American friends write, " feel free to buy from an EU based AIB." (maybe, just maybe..) they do it with a sarcastic note and in the knowledge that the EU (e.g. unlike cars or airplanes) has little to offer here. Now we can either complain about protectionism or make ourselves more independent. The Europeans would probably do well to do the latter, but above all to show more self-confidence. The EU exports $430 billion in goods to the U.S.; conversely, the U.S. exports $273 billion to the EU. The population of the EU is higher and so is the GDP. The Europeans may be weak on the military front, but economically the EU remains a major force. The EU is only failing right now because of its federal structures. And we don't have any "shining city on a hill" romanticism. Well, we gamers won't change that anyway, we are not politicians and therefore we always have to cooperate with others and sometimes even live with the problem of being dependent on others. Would we Europeans deliver our Airbus planes to the USA if (hypothetically) all Boeing had to be scrapped because of errors in the on-board computer? Possibly, after serving our own customers.... touché! ;) And yes, there are of course more important things than graphics cards...
