The wait is over, finally! Waking up at an odd hour for these new GPU launches ended up totally being worth the effort. I definitely hadn't expected to see it today... Even with how close I was, I had expected at least another week or two if not more before I got that email. I'm pretty sure I correctly used Enewt's code. Thank you so much for your effort in maintaining the queue sheet, it was so much easier to wait having at least a rough idea of where the queue was.

JoergF Folks, don't despair, there is light at the end of the tunnel. As far as I can see in the price comparisons, prices seem to be dropping in the EU for the first time in weeks. The 6700XT has made a start and is currently available for a still expensive 800 EUR. A month ago, however, it was over 1000 EUR. That goes through all models. The RTX2070 has dropped from 1400 EUR to 1000 EUR. I can't predict the future, but if this continues, it may at least return to the slightly inflated (but affordable) prices of 2020 by winter 2021. We probably won't see list prices again for the foreseeable future.
What is also noticeable, the lowest prices (if one can speak of "low" at all) are offered by the scalpers on Ebay. Which leads me to believe that they are working with higher prices than the established distributors and are dumping the cards quickly before the prices drop further. These folks are usually well informed and see trends early.
Perhaps saturation is slowly setting in, possibly all mining farms are now full with RTX and XT cards, spare capacity at chip factories has finally kicked in after months, shipping routes are stabilizing (possibly due to lower Covid numbers), and mining locks are making further RTX purchases unattractive. Admittedly, my crystal ball is not very reliable in this regard and the reasons are certainly more complex. But the observable prices are clear.
Everyone has to decide for themselves when their personal pain threshold has been reached; that's not up to me. Therefore, I cannot and should not encourage anyone to hold out. But at least this positive trend from the other side of the pond I wanted to share with you.
I have a feeling more and more miners are buying less cards due to dropping profitability as they prepare for the changeover to ETH 2.0, and even if that doesn't come soon, ASIC's are on the horizon if it doesn't. I think miners are sitting back waiting to see what happens right now. You can see it in the used market on eBay. 1080 Ti's were going for $900 to a little over $1,000 recently. Today, you'll be lucky to get over $800 for one.

I feel for you. However, I think you will be rewarded this week or next based on you 3080Ti time. It seems as though the 3897 chips have stopped and the transition to LHR chips is happening. Either way, you will get one soon. On another note, I installed my Hybrid Kit on the 3080 FTW...Nice and cool temps under load. Surprised my 3897 arrived before my 3898 number was called. The wait, excruciating as it was, was worth paying an appropriate price for the card. This is the way.

You're gonna wait awhile. The initial stock of a launch SKU is generally more than the normal intervals that follows. It moved a decent amount of time so far but I would not expect it to keep that pace.

Orange you glad you stayed off the forums yesterday? It was like (and still is at some parts) “Avengers: Civil War”. 🤣
How are those kerbs coming? Don’t forget to straight line the chicanes every other lap 🥸 (that’s the closest thing I can find for Mansell)
Yellow what? I AM glad I missed it. Maybe I should just take some time off until the salt dilutes a little bit and then come back The kerbs are brutal, but at least I don't have to worry about damaging my car ;) But really, the game looks AMAZING. I ran it in benchmark mode and I was sitting between 220 and 240 FPS on 2K with the highest settings I can. When I moved from Playstation 4 Pro to my PC with F1, I could actually feel and see the difference in my performance just based off of the framerate. It was SIGNIFICANTLY easier to hit the apexes and judge my braking points. :D #NoRagrets[sic]

WERD! Even nerf'd on ETH the 3070 Ti does ~45 MH/s and as an additional bonus ERGO is way more efficient so uses even less power, especially on the 3080's and 3090's... Life finds a way...

Unlike the 3785 drop...errr drip. Not surprised though, given the lower price.

Lol BYG, just saw your new siggy and I like it "Professional Spammer with a PHD in Spamology & The Illogical Logic of Spam." Do you want me to go back and mark your comments as spam for you?? ;) Also, let me ask everyone here a question: Would you rather see tiny drops (of maybe a few seconds of movement) every single day? Or larger drops (relatively larger - minutes of movement) every say, two weeks or a month? Assuming with the latter it would be a significant amount of minutes. Just curious if the constant reminder of "yes, these SKUs are all moving" every day or a once in a while "dang, that was a (relatively) large drop!" would be more reassuring and make you feel better about the queue. Although speaking of that, it felt like a pretty big drop today! Congrats on all of you who got your cards at long last :) Edit to answer a question: ari.fab Hi, I just made a reservation by email of a RTX 3070 TI from Italy. Will CET time be taken into consideration for the 8 hours available for purchase? Thank you
They perform their drops during business hours in PT (normally around 10 or so) which means that they will drop (if they DO drop) post-supper time for you. If it's getting close to your turn, you can just check your email quickly before bed and I'm sure you'll catch the email if it comes. Additionally, EVGA has been really good about helping out those who missed their original deadline by sending a new purchase link. Just make sure you respond in a timely manner and you should be okay. Best of luck, my friend!

I've heard that, I stopped mining ETH about a month ago, but I don't think a lot of people are going to move over to those. They just don't hold enough value and who's to say if they will. I don't see either holding up mining even close the level it is right now. Even if they did, it would eventually be taken over by ASIC's anyways.

Gentlemen, Am I missing something here? I saw some 6/10/21 people getting their notification emails for admittedly another SKU, but I'm a 6/7/2021 peep...
