I'm thrilled that I got a notice for the 3657 today. I checked a few days ago and I was one hour away in the queue. A lot of 3657's must have dropped all the sudden.

That is about 1 hour movement from yesterday?  That would not be a straggler drop.  

It may indicate the queue has moved through the release day "morning rush."  During the first 30+ minutes the server got hit hard and it was not easy to get through.  As traffic mellowed out, it makes sense that everyone who got up that morning were able to get their requests submitted in the first 2 hours; once we are past that, a drop of a few cards will move the timestamp quite a bit...

The 3070 is not an EVGA card, the 770 was but the a LONG time ago.

I am so close. 3/05/2021 is my date stamp for the 3657....my luck it won't get there this drop.

Oof. I'm sorry to tell you, but that is not very close. We're looking at drops a few minutes to an hour at a time. You're 11 days out...which is going to be quite a while.

I would do the following: 
 
     (1) reply to the email (it should have come from ordernotify@evga.com) and indicate your desire to purchase the card.
     (2) call EVGA customer service during their working hours (9 am to 6 pm Weekdays (excluding EVGA holidays)): 1.888.881.EVGA (3842)
     (3) they should be able to locate your reply, confirm that the queue has reached your registration and reissue you a new email with a new link to purchase your card.  It might take a day or so for them to confirm on-hand inventory and issue the replacement email.  
 
EVGA will get you sorted.

I hope folks secured sufficient salt for their margaritas, as there appeared to be some hoarding of the good ol' NaCl within the EVGA forum dialog (I certainly had adequate supply and applied it generously to both my drinks and a few of my posts). 
 
In other news, I am riveted to the audio stream of the Epic v. Apple trial...I cannot get enough (I just wish the audio quality was better...we need to fund our judicial system so they can acquire better microphones...if only for the general public's entertainment needs ). There are a few streams that pop up in YouTube and elsewhere each weekday around 9 am PT or so if folks are interested....
 
As a general reminder, if you are not in North America, participating in the North American queues may be an exercise in frustration (even more than what the rest of us are going through) as EVGA will not ship from the NA queue to addresses outside of North America (nor will they accept non-NA payment methods). There is a separate queue for the EU (accessible via EVGA's EU website: eu.evga.com) and a separate summary for that queue (thanks BovineGamer for managing this queue: European Notify Queue Summary).
 
Assuming the EVGA shipping department is conscious tomorrow despite today's festivities, we will go again then.

Updated: the 3657 SKU had a late report at ~12:40 pm PT.

I've been gone for so long that I didn't even know I qualified for "Elite" status based on my post count. Anyway, it's getting close for my 3755 and 3767 notifications. I just hope I get my notification for at least one of them before the price increases go into effect.

Well it looks like the 3897 is indeed a dead SKU now since the past couple of weeks.
 
Understandable anyway since the 3080TI is around the corner: why should EVGA bother with people that have been in line for 8+ months for the regular one when they will be able to make a boatload more money with a card that is barely an upgrade over the regular one at probably twice the price...

 
That SKU has had a longer drought in the past. 
 
But maybe I'm too optimistic considering how close I am.

Way too optimistic yeah sorry. I saw this SKU basically go down the drain slowly but surely for the past 8 months, it will probably come to a complete stop (if not already) pretty soon in favor of the TIs instead since the money will be there for them.
 
I've been stuck at Sept 21st morning forever now, I'm not expecting much from EVGA anymore with their constant new SKUs and abandoning other one.
 
And people keep defending them like they're the second coming of Jesus /rolleyes
 
Their queue system is a PR move, nothing else.

Your statement only makes sense one of two ways.  One is if the chip that goes in a 3897 is the same as the chip that goes into a 3080Ti.  It's not the same chip; it's two different chips.  The other way is if EVGA's ability to create cards is not chip limited and they're choosing to create 3080Ti's instead of 3897's.  That's potentially a fair statement but no way to know.
