It is time to friendly remind forum rules:
Spam - Spamming is the repeated posting of messages that are advertisements, abusive, or otherwise unwanted on internet forums. They can be in the form of links to external sites, with the dual goals of increasing search engine visibility in highly competitive areas such as weight loss, pharmaceuticals, gambling, porn, real estate, loans or computer software, and generating more traffic for these commercial websites.  Members who "spam" in this manner will be permanently banned.

Report Post As SPAM Abuse
This feature is only intended to help combat against SPAM as it is defined above in the terms of use.  It is not what you think is an annoying post, or something you disagree with.  Those that abuse this feature of the forums will be warned once, further infractions will result in a 7 day ban for the second offense.  Do not mark a post as SPAM if it involves a personal attack, please only use the report post function in this instance.

I've been signed up for a 3090 ftw3 (24G-P5-3985-KR) since January 27 and STILL haven't received a notification from EVGA. I've been sitting on an incomplete build since then. I would love to stick with EVGA since I've bought 2 cards from them, but hot damn this is taking forever...

Yeah mate, there are people who have been in line for those (and other 3090s) for months longer and have still not received one :/ Just stay patient and continue searching elsewhere, your time will come eventually!

I am new here. I read through many pages of this thread, but I still do not understand the difference between the US-queue and the EU-queue. Is not everyone served from Taiwan directly? I log in at the eu.evga.com-website, but I end up in this forum at  which I presume is the American website. How does this work?

EVGA is based in California, so I believe all of the cards are sent out from there. The NA (not exclusively US) and EU queues are separate and you sign up for the notification on the respective website. I don't believe there is an EU exclusive forum which is why you get funneled into this forum. But ultimately, the queues are separate and the NA is progressing more quickly - likely due to the fact that the company is based in the US and shipping logistics. Does that clear up the confusion for you?

Others have reported that the EU folks receive their shipments directly from Taiwan, not California. Otherwise, what you said there is accurate.

Does the date under the SKU indicate the date on which the notifications were made? (The current queue spot for notifications?) Sorry, I'm just not familiar with how this works.

I think the "abusive, or otherwise unwanted on internet forums" part might have gotten you in trouble as you seem to regularly harass other members of the forums.

Also, coming into this thread and complaining about your ban, which you apparently got overturned(?) based on the dates in that message with the purpose of yelling at people is unrelated to the notification queue and likely also to be considered "abusive, or otherwise unwanted on internet forums". I didn't mark your post as spam, but someone else already did.

Further, and this message is to the MODERATORS: why are the forum rules hidden? They should be stickied in general section at a minimum. Even doing a search (see below) shows no results. The only thing you can find are comments in other threads where someone has provided a link to the forum rules. They shouldn't be so hard to find.

Something something non-September 3080 queue spot something something how long should I have to wait EVGA???

All it takes is reading a couple pages here to realize that unless you have a September queue time still unfulfilled, you really have a ton of people in front of you with waaaaaaay more room to complain.

I dont like most of the salt, but I at least understand it from people who have been waiting 8+ months now.

In the summary?  The timestamp is the last registrant's timestamp to report receiving an "invite to purchase" email from EVGA...think of it as the current head of that specific SKU's queue.

Go here...
EVGA - Community - My Products
That will tell you the date/time position of when you entered each queue.

Go here...
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NrR71ipaJktCzT1pWj9FWxNHGWAbcxMorvRvEPaPh48/edit
That will tell you the last known date/time queue position of someone who got an invite.  These are from reports that enewt considers to be reliable from a variety of sources (including this thread)

There is no reliable way to know how many people are ahead or behind you in the queue and so knowing an actual "position" isn't possible.  However you know your date/time for each queue and we have a estimate on the latest date/time where each queue has gotten to because of enewt's efforts.

For those who don't understand what it is mean, they explicitly added "They can be in the form of ...".

This is a situation where looking at the bigger spreadsheets is more informative than the summary. If you look at the links in my signature, you will see that SKU has never been distributed through the queue. Did you sign up for any other SKUs? The rule of thumb is to sign up for everything; you never know what is going to move and what isn't. Sorry I don't have better news for you.

EVGA slightly raised prices for graphics cards... but not for 3655. Which mean one of two things: EVGA want to honor Nvidia MSRP for one card or 3655 is "dead" SKU. Now difference between 3657 and 3655 is $70, which mean there even less sense to produce cheaper card

That's factually false. The 3985 has been distributed through the queues (February 4th was the last distribution, to be specific). Just because your spreadsheets don't have a record of it, doesn't make it true.

Thankfully it's cinco de Mayo - there's so much salt here that everyone can (and maybe should?) have a Margarita ;)

As for myself - I'm making tacos and guac for dinner. Best of luck everyone!
Jacob - I think you forgot to add the 3655 in your list :)

Me too; but it had to be a pretty thankless task for him to try to timely post it each day. I don't fault him for pulling the ripcord on it.

However, as a way to "keep the receipts" when somebody disparages the effort, accuracy or utility of the community's reporting and summarizing effort, those posts remain very helpful.

So one, two, cards dropped? Fine, so it hasn't been never, but it might as well be. Don't give people false hope. Some queues move and some don't. My point stands - join every queue you can; you never know what is going to move and what isn't.

Aren't moderators able to view who's flagging the posts, and send them to hell already? It's past due lol.

That's factually false. The 3985 has been distributed through the queues (February 4th was the last distribution, to be specific). Just because your spreadsheets don't have a record of it, doesn't make it true.

So one, two, cards dropped? Fine, so it hasn't been never, but it might as well be. Don't give people false hope. Some queues move and some don't. My point stands.

So, is that an acknowledgement that the summary document -- and not your "bigger spreadsheets" -- "is more informative"?  At a minimum, it is more accurate.

I am not giving folks false hope through the summary; it summarizes reports of drops that have actually occurred. The community summary doesn't have an "estimated date of email" column that is pure fantasy or require almost daily corrections to erroneous data.

I am done throwing salt today (hopefully), but your initial comment was ill-advised and I felt required a response.

And, yes, let's collectively agree that folks should sign up for any and all SKUs that they would reasonably consider buying.

Nike_7688I think the "abusive, or otherwise unwanted on internet forums" part might have gotten you in trouble as you seem to regularly harass other members of the forums.
For those who don't understand what it is mean, they explicitly added "They can be in the form of ...".
Beside that, there an easiest way to figure out who wrong and who is not. "Account reactivation: Saturday, May 8, 2021 1:35 AM" - look what date is now.

Right, it says they CAN be in the form of. It does not say that it is limited to those things; they are just giving easy examples. And before you go around claiming to be in the right, it's exactly 6 hours after you were initially banned, so it's very likely that it was just a time-out and you were automatically reinstated. It doesn't necessarily mean that someone went through and said "Oh wait, nick_shl is innocent, let's bring him back". Especially since it was at 1:35 AM PT.

It's been a while, how is everyone? Hope the queue's been nice to you.

The queue has certainly NOT been nice to us, but we're all hanging in here. Lol Welcome back, friend! :)
