This is a situation where looking at the bigger spreadsheets is more informative than the summary. If you look at the links in my signature, you will see that SKU has never been distributed through the queue. Did you sign up for any other SKUs? The rule of thumb is to sign up for everything; you never know what is going to move and what isn't. Sorry I don't have better news for you.
That's factually false. The 3985 has been distributed through the queues (February 4th was the last distribution, to be specific). Just because your spreadsheets don't have a record of it, doesn't make it true.
So one, two, cards dropped? Fine, so it hasn't been never, but it might as well be. Don't give people false hope. Some queues move and some don't. My point stands.
So, is that an acknowledgement that the summary document -- and not your "bigger spreadsheets" -- "is more informative"? At a minimum, it is more accurate.
I am not giving folks false hope through the summary; it summarizes reports of drops that have actually occurred. The community summary doesn't have an "estimated date of email" column that is pure fantasy or require almost daily corrections to erroneous data.
I am done throwing salt today (hopefully), but your initial comment was ill-advised and I felt required a response.
And, yes, let's collectively agree that folks should sign up for any and all SKUs that they would reasonably consider buying.

I think EVGA is trying to get rid of all the remaining 3060 cards that don't have the mining limiter built into the card's hardware before mid may...makes sense they are shipping soo many right now

I'm sorry for your luck mate :/ It's been especially rough on the XC3s. I really hope you're able to get into the 3080 Ti queue that you want. With the money you've had set aside for the 3080 XC3, it's probably grown enough for the FT3 Ultra when it drops! ...Unless you don't like the RGB or size, in that case XC3 it is :D

Nick does spam, at least in my understanding of spam. It's within reasonable limits of spam.. he's really only spamming his code. If I try to be objective, it's not so different than the man enewt. Now enewt does a lot of work and is very kind to people in helping them out if they miss a notify. I applaud enewt, although I do sometimes wonder how the heck he has the time for all of it.
In that vein, I can't really frown at Nick. Is it a little over the top sometimes? Yes, it is. Does it potentially save some people money? Apparently. His biggest problem is he doesn't quite get what it means to be over the top, and his grammar sucks. He's not a native english speaker, and not a native NA person, so cut him some slack. In his mind, he knows he is getting a little something, but he is also trying to be a good neighbor. Better to PM him and talk it out than being a lazy flag as spam jerk. It apparently doesn't stick, and just wastes the time of moderators.

That's the rub exactly - I did score a overclocked 3070 at launch, but I'm kind a sick of settling for second best. With the 24 advance window for EVGA I just saw needing to be Elite - means sad luck if you are not. I've owned 770 1070 and now 3070 before - this was the time I was going to break that pattern.

lol.. what does mining limiter have to do with anything.. every card they ship out is pretty sold on listing.. stockx/ebay/amazon are 2x above msrp.

You're gonna get a GREAT spot in the 3080 Ti queue :) You just need to hit that Elite status for the window which you probably already qualify for with what you have already owned and registered. And even if not, you've got plenty of time to hit it. Just watch their streams or participate in the forums a bit more. There are people who have been around for like two months and have busted out over 600 posts. Hitting 100 meaningful ones in the next few weeks should be doable :) Although this is me assuming you aren't already an elite member. If you are, just ignore me lol

A non-native speaker should not take it upon themselves to constantly nit-pick posts and make arguments in semantics. I have no problem (obviously) with taking unpopular stances and promoting my own associate code. I do, however, think a non-native speaker should probably not take it upon himself to be the fact/meaning checker for an English-based forum. I would never dream of telling a bunch of Spanish forum members what was technically wrong about what they said, just because I can speak the language. I cut people a ton of slack until they try to constantly tell me what is wrong about what I wrote, when they simply misunderstood.
