I would try and HWInfo64 Sensor Section.
Maybe is Motherboard and chipset temperature?
You can ask than and on HWInfo Forum for different reading.

What say AIDA64 for motheroard?
How much?

Yeah, I believe it is.  My idle temp is 26C with previously mentioned stats, and at full load it goes up to 28C during stability tests.  The stock sink makes the vrm seem to run hot, but it actually runs very cool compared to older boards.  A active fan on it made it feel cold in the open.  My old x58 board's vrm would run around 50C on water in comparison.

Edit:  Nope, that is likely the chipset temperature.  My bios is reading 29C at idle, 26C at initial startup only.  HWinfo64 shows the same 29C at idle in the OS, and 36C max during a pass of x264.

I'm thinking Auxiliary under Fintek section is the VRM.  The chipset shouldn't ever really get hot I don't think since it's not dealing with anything more heavy duty than USB and IO stuff.

With my desktop idling it was 43C and with a P95 run for a few minutes and 500W of power draw, went to 53C peak.  That sounds about right.  I used an IR gun and read 60C a while ago on the VRM heatsink.  Like my sig says my case has no fans in it.

Here are the completed parts for the FTW Chipset:

Now I have flipped the fixture plate over and am attempting to surface that to make the Vregs which will also fit the Micro, and the micro chipset blocks.  Going to be a long night for me, but I will take pictures along the way.  Already ran into a few snags, but nothing unmanageable.

Got the camera right in the action for this.  Remember its not the bit thats moving, its the camera that is moving.  I don't know how my phone survived getting pelted by aluminum shards... but all in the name of machining videos!

So now its almost 3 am.  Cant really focus anymore, so im calling it quits before I loose a finger or something.

Video was very cool.  You should show a camera angle from back further so people who don't understand that the XY table is moving can see what you mean.  I don't personally do any machining, but am constantly in machine shops due to my profession.  There is something hypnotic about watching materials get milled via CNC.  Especially the 5 axis machines.  Those things are mind numbingly cool in terms of what they can do.  CNC lathes are really cool to watch as well.

I've played around on some Bridgeport mills, but no one here would want me cutting their waterblocks....LOL

I got a good laugh out of the auto focus in the beginning   Very cool, keep em coming!  Your blocks have my regs hitting only 37C max so far, nooooiiiiice!  I was concerned they were going to explode from running over 2V on air lol.

The line is just the tool path.  An overlap so to speak.  After the cutting, I lapped the entire plate.

Since I don't have access to a board, I am going to be more aggressive with the backside to make sure it doesn't make contact with anything.  I may have some time to work on that tomorrow.  Not sure.

I know the tool paths look crazy, but they feel smooth as glass.  A quick bead blast and gun coat and they will look incredible.

One suggestion I would offer up is enlarging the screws holes on the delrin portion of the waterblocks.  Seems like the screws wanted to thread into them and made it more difficult to put the two halves together.

Thats done for a purpose, to keep them as aligned as possible.  oversized holes introduce slop.

More slop would have helpful.  Then I could have loosely installed all the screws and tightened everything down progressively and it would have probably aligned itself.  Especially if you used flat screws and countersunk the holes (although this would be another machining operation).

Not trying to sound like the blocks are low quality or anything, just I'm used to EK and Koolance blocks and their way of putting blocks together.  Although on the plus side your gasket channel being a tighter fit made reinstalling it way easier than it is with some blocks I've worked with.
