Hmm. Well, I was told two weeks over a month ago now.  Every time I visit I see mods on every forum except this one.  We've had IVB-E updates for the Dark, FTW and X79 Classified with the X79 SLI's due this week, encouraging if one assumes that we're simply going to be last in the queue (better late than never etc) but the silence is now deafening and the information we're receiving as individuals is beginning to feel like a stall and deflect process with little or no substance.  Can one of the official crew please just tell us what's going on?

Just sent yet another support ticket, let's see what they say this time.  Have to say I've rarely had such a frustrating experience in obtaining what should be perfectly accessible information about a product that I've invested hundreds of pounds in.  Even if they were to admit to problems or delays it would be something but blatantly ignoring customers over a routine update that all rival companies have now addressed simply looks rude and incompetent.
 
 
UPDATE. 
Just got word back, apparently they are having stability issues with the BIOS and won't be releasing it until all is resolved.  An apology was given but I couldn't get an ETA out of them.  It would be great to know chapter and verse but I doubt I'll get anything further for the time being.  To all on this thread who are in the same position, please keep enquiring and posting any information or responses you receive.
