Zeddivile 425.30 417.19 419.35 430.59 I am sure this is what some of the over bencher's were describing in multiple threads. I ran into it Day 1 but was too stupid to explain it then and haven't got any smarter...
Crazy how I've yet to see this bug and I've played around with the voltage alot. Now I'll see it as soon as the next time I fire up the system haha

I'm pretty sure you have experienced the behavior but have not correlated to this bug.

No I have not. And I have a dmm probe stuck on my card watching voltages all the time. Have you messed with the loadline settings? Using 10-11 the voltages will be way under what your actually setting. Try loadline 0-1. Be pretty close to what you set at idle. Drops on load of course. No idea if that's what your experiancing with voltage settings not sticking or what. I dont really use px1. Afterburner.. which wont show the actual GPU voltage but what setting you used in ab.

all your bases R belong to me. Yes I do not like load line and only apply it when necessary. therefore I mostly run the level 0. The post was a PSA not a cry for help... I analyzed reported behavior prior to posting with 4 separate drivers. Also provided a work around so obviously know how to get NVVDD to respond again. FYI there is a well known method for getting AB to report voltage. I appreciate your eagerness to lend a hand.

Wish I understood the bug your reporting. I certainly would like to know that the voltage I set is actually being used. So your saying px1 is actually lowering the voltage with its voltage slider? Cause I have it set to load at every boot up and close it afterwards.. if that big is still holding after I close the software it would screw up all my testing. Edit: Haha I thought that large fan at the bottom was a large gutted speaker! Like a total optical allusion.

when experiencing the bug. For example on a cold boot or soft boot. Prior to opening PX1 the classified tool NVVDD slider functions as expected and you can validate the NVVDD value via DMM. When PX1 is launched voltage drops to .09~v and does not respond or report NVVDD value changes. If you then close PX1 the bug persists. Ill record the bug next time I trigger it and then it should be clear.

Ok so it drops to .09~v and just sticks? No rise on load? Crazy.. dont think I've seen it yet. Dont use load line 0.. at least have not tried it yet. Just 10,5 and basically stick to 1. Driver never changed since I've installed the card.. at 425.31. Using the OC bios.

Funny.. the more volts I dare to give her the better the scores.. though my overall overclock is lower. 2160/2190 she is happy with high volts and higher scores. I tired a few different lower voltages like 1.05 and 1.06+v and much lower results. How low are you volting?

@Ahowes The way I have I have gone about it is lowest voltage to sustain a specific clock. Followed by applying VRAM overclock. Finally stepping up Vcore as the last step... In my observation the lower clocks can push more voltage and as a result higher scores...

I'll give that method a try. Late last night.. I believe the first run were I finally take my top score of 18666 with the 2080ti ftw3. That score was kinda a fluke anyways.. a 1 off and not repeatable. https://www.3dmark.com/fs/1925574319k is testing me now.

Looks Great to me https://www.3dmark.com/compare/fs/19258641/fs/19130948 What that the NVVDD Voltage or the FBVDD Voltage or Both? I would say more CPU Cores and or Threads are what you need to improve your Scores.
NVDD 1.18750 FBVDD 1.48125 PWMFRQ 500 LL 3 I am back testing at 1.11250v NVVDD> Highest I can achieve is 40, 5xx's. Unless I see something soon I'm going back to 1.18 and above.

I want one or would like tro try out the KF. I really would be bummed If I could not source something 5.2-3G. That is the only thing holding me back. I see the KF's on 3D mark listed, but ran at 5.0 or lower.

Yeah your card is killing it!
Here my new best I did late last night.. first time I finally broke 31k.
Your graphics score is way higher then mine! Good to see I can possible squeeze more out of this bench. What voltage did ya run for it and loadline?
Stand alone or with steam? I'm still on steam for some reason.

So yeah.. if I was you, buy that 9900k and fast!
I want one or would like tro try out the KF. I really would be bummed If I could not source something 5.2-3G. That is the only thing holding me back. I see the KF's on 3D mark listed, but ran at 5.0 or lower.
KF?
Its the 9900 that has no onboard video and stepping P0 or something. May or may not have a better chance of higher clocks. Report/s says yes, may be.

Oh ok.. first time I've heard the stepping referred as KF. Yeah they talked about that right after I bought mine.. no idea then when it was going to hit.. so I said screw it. No way in was going to wait around weeks or a month and it could of ended up clocking the same so kept it. But yeah.. at this time I'd wait a little.

From what I understand the stepping on those “new” 9900 SKUs don’t affect much of anything. It’s just a 9900k with a dead iGPU and nothing more.
