How bad are the OEM 1650s or should I just get a 1660 non OEM

    Depending on what you plan to do and what CPU you are running, then the 1650 will work. I have a 1650 LP and Ryzen 5 2600 with 16gb of ram and it runs BFV and GTAV pretty well on mid settings  60 FPS. Also large custom maps on Rust are pretty hard on it depending on the amount of foliage/AI that are rending in. 
     
    Short answer if you can get it and okay not running everything at High 60 then the 1650 will do the job as long as its paired with a decent CPU.

    OEM cards normally have a warranty from the OEM manufacturer which is normally up to 1 year, but could be less. Non OEM cards (depending upon the country) may have a longer warranty.

    Thanks for the comments about FPS and warranty. I enjoy the fact it is GDDR6 (1650 super) and it is a great 1080p card.

    The EVGA GTX 1650 Super has max refresh rate of 240 Hz & max resolution of 8 K so you should be fine.
