Omg this KPE is cursed!
Px1 notified me that there is an firmware update for this card. Started the update but it almost instantly failed and now the oled display says "firmware update". The firmware update keeps crashing...

Don't know on this one, but I would probably power everything down, disconnect plug and let it completely discharge for 5 min, then reboot and see what happens.  If the same, then maybe do the same thing, but switch the BIOS on the KPE to one of the other 2 bios and see what happens.  Outside of that, if you still have an issue, then probably time to reach out to EVGA for some help.

Is there anyone here that converted their hybrid over to a hydro copper? I'm interested in purchasing the pump off of you. I have a 3080 Ti Hybrid and am interested in changing seeing if I can swap the 360mm radiator to a 240mm one. 

They'll probably want to hold on to it in the event they have to RMA the Card.

I RMA a Kingpin and told them right up front it had the Xoc 1000 w Vbios on it, they said thats not a problem put AIO back on and they sent another. They said what they would not RMA was a card with damage ! [Should be noted that this will void your warranty]. I did not think they would RMA a card with the XOC vbios, but they did.

 
Telehog, I am curious, why did you end up RMA your card?  Did they send you a refurbished back, or a new one?  I ended up RMA my card because it was not meeting specs, and I am being sent a refurbished card (wonder if I will get your card since they likely refurbished it and timing would be about right).  Curious if you got a refurbished card and if you are happy with it.

15361?   Was that before you put it on the water loop?  I can barely get into 14000 and even if I do, the damn thing locks up or crashes most of the time.  Sounds like you got a friggin awesome golden sample card....

the pump on my hybrid kingpin is loud AF. there are no bubble noises, i aired it out before mounting and the rad is mounted above the GPU. it sounds like an 18W DDC pump going full tilt. it's so bad that i can't work at this computer. 
 
is there anything i can do about this that doesn't involve an RMA? i'd love to put a waterblock on it and run a custom loop but EVGA is selling the blocks to people who don't even own kingpin cards and they're all ending up on fleabay.

Put a HC waterblock on it and it never worked again. THe RMA refurb card was a much better card. 1st Kingpin best score in PR was 15361, RMA refurb Kingpin over 16000  in PR. With HC block on. Real happy with the RMA card.  http://www.3dmark.com/pr/1124179

Sweet mother of God.  That's insane.... Even on a custom loop, that's insane.  Very nice.

So, if you don't mind humoring me a little, is there an order you went through to adjust your settings in Classified?  IE: up NVDD .05----->test----->crash-----up MSVDD .05----->test  (so on and so forth)   I see posts that say "you just need to up your MSVDD to even things out...."  or "just set your LLC to 2 or 3" and even "don't change the FBVDD, it isn't necessary....".  I get that the whole o/c thing is a trial and error, and honestly, I have no problem with that whatsoever, I just can't seem to nail down the order of the steps to take. 

One other question for you, and anyone else here who wants to answer:  Do you play any games with those clocks or is your focus on benchmarks?  That's not sarcastic or flippant; I'm legit curious...

Change one thing at a time ! Don't game with any OC, Just stock setting. OC for fun and benchmarks !
