Follow the directions in the first post of this thread.I use the first page of the topic: (86.04.50.00.70), or use of the official EVGA website which is the version (86.04.50.00.72)? Just for safety, I do not want to make a mistake. Thank you.
Nov8trSajin, why are you telling him to go backwards in the current Bios version. 86.04.50.00.72 is newer than 86.04.50.70. Is there a problem with the newer Bios I don't know about? If there is, then please tell me what it is and I'll install the older Bios .70. Thanks.
SajinEither one is fine. I just said 86.04.50.00.70 because it doesn't have the fan curve modified like 86.04.50.00.72 does.

pbergonziI downloaded the latest bios and nvflash for my gtx 1070 sc, ran the nvflash64, and it returns "firmware image pci subsystem id does not match adapter pci subsystem" and doesn't flash.
SajinFlash with the flag -6.

fractalsauceHi I have this card: 08G-P4-6276-KR - EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW ACX 3.0and it is on the 86.04.26.00.70 and 86.04.26.01.70 BIOS versions. I tried updating the BIOS to this latest version in command prompt and it shows: NVIDIA Firmware Update UtilityVersion 5.328.0 The display may go *BLANK* on and off for up to 6 seconds or more during access to the EEPROM depending on your display adapter and output device, it will begin in about 3 seconds.Adapter: GeForce GTX 1070 Device Path: S:00,B:01,D:00,F:00 After that, the screen goes blank for a bit, then comes back and the command prompt goes back to a blinking cursor. Checking the BIOS version shows that it hasn't been updated and is still at 86.04.26.00.70 and 86.04.26.01.70 BIOS versions. Can someone help?
