BIOS for 12G-P5-4877-KL?

Is there an XOC BIOS yet for 24G-P5-4988-KR (3090 Ti FTW3 ULTRA HYBRID GAMING)? Just ordered it as my place in the queue came up, so hoping the XOC BIOS gets released for it by the time the card arrives.

Hey Jacob is it a hardware fault if a 3080 can't draw more than 400w power on a 450w BIOS? CS never got back to me after saying they were going to speak to the BIOS team about the LHR BIOS.

My 3090ti ftw3 ultra is a dud lol. Can barely bench at 2100mhz can't even get the power limit to reach close to rating. wish I could use the classy tool on this thing to feed it some voltage.

I'm in the exact same boat. I can barely break 2130 as a boost clock, meanwhile some other people are regularly getting 2200+ :(

Similar boat here with 3090 Ti FTW3 Ultra.


Can't do more than 2145-2160 in games (2175 = immediate crash in CP2077). Below that is fine though.
 
Also even with this latest XOC bios with PL maxed, my clocks won't stay put, as seen with Sajins card. They drop down as low as 2115 in some games and I would expect it to at least stay locked at 2145. Load temp hits 68 max.
 
Seems this bios has little to no effect for me..
 
And I'm not bottlenecked btw, I have a 12900K.

The Clockdrop is due to higher temperatures with the XOC Bios, If the temperatures rises the clock drops. Without XOC Bios my Ftw4 Ultra saw a max of 70 degrees, with xoc bios i saw it to go as high as 80 degrees

With or without the XOC BIOS, my max temp is the same. Only difference is the lowest it now down clocks to with XOC is 2115 vs 2085 on the other bios (tested in same game). This is with a +105 offset in both cases which should puts me at 2145 (my stock boost was 2040). I just want it to stay there.
 
As you can see on the previous page, Sajins load temp is the same as mine, yet his core clock is a straight line.

It's the lottery of silicon, my ftw3 ultra can do 2175 mhz stable for example in call of duty vanguard and 2160 mhz in games with ray tracing (metro exodus and cp2077) with bios xoc v2.

but it is not a bad card, surely there are worse and better ones that do 15-45mz more, keeping those mhz by air is great.

Do your clocks fluctuate a lot? Can you keep it at 2160mhz? I might try setting a more aggressive fan curve (currently have 100% at 80C) to see if it helps. Could possibly bring it to under 65C load.
 
Yes CP2077 is very quick at exposing instability for me. More so than Metro Exodus.

I dunno but in my case I haven't run anything insane like Furmark (and don't plan to) to hit absolute max power draw. I just played the same game (RDR2) for 3 hours where it only reaches around 488w on the xoc bios I believe.
 
The only benchmark I've run on the XOC bios so far was Timespy Extreme where it did hit around 500w but only reached 65C.

I already used it. Pulled 551w in cyberpunk 2077. Max temp of 67c.

I set a static fan speed of 100%. The 890w vbios also allows the fans to spin at 3400-3500 rpm vs 3000 rpm.

Damn, posts like this make me depressed about how broken my 3080 is. Simply cannot go over 400w and is constantly power limited on watercooling whilst running at like 38~41 degrees. EVGA customer support and even Jacob in this topic totally ghosting me as well lol.

Please tell us something about the hybrid when you received it, i am superexcited about it

Damn, posts like this make me depressed about how broken my 3080 is. Simply cannot go over 400w and is constantly power limited on watercooling whilst running at like 38~41 degrees. EVGA customer support and even Jacob in this topic totally ghosting me as well lol.

I know the feeling, I too have been wondering why my 30080 will not go over 400w as well.  I come here daily hoping something got figured out.

Not sure about px1 as I've only used msi afterburner with my 3090 ti. Yes, it's a strix vbios. Using the vbios prevents the 9 additional sensors from reading in hwinfo & gpu-z, so most likely doesn't work in px1 either.

You also have to mention that the fancontrol will not work with that bios as the strix is an aio card

Fan control seems to work fine. I can set static speeds & fan curves just fine.
