I got my 3070ti ftw3 ultra but it was a bit pricey for my needs so I was wondering if there is anyway to step down to a 3060ti or 3070 and how long it would take. Thanks for any help in advance

There is no Step-Down from EVGA. Sell the card and buy a cheaper one is your only option. Curious, when and where did you get the 3070 Ti FTW3 Ultra?

No not yet i purchased it today will be delivered in a few days. im looking for a true air cooled one. dont have room in the current case for for a radiator (hybrid or custom loop)and trying to get another year or 2 out of this build until i redo everything on my main computer. but if i cant find a true air cooled one to swap ill redo the main one early and go custom loop and use the one i have

Maybe but honesty I feel the real world difference in gaming will be maybe a few percentage points between the FTW3 and XC3. The card's review over at hothardware shows the XC3 and FE being neck and neck despite the FS Ultra score being ~12k. I expect the XC3 to essentially be equal to an FE.

hothardware does not have an article on the 3080 Ti XC3 vs the FE. The 3080 Ti XC3 is not performing as it should, it's basically the performance of an overclocked 3080. SMH

You can use the Step-Up queue to move to any card eligible for step-up. The kicker is if you paid more for your card than the one you are stepping up to you will not receive any credits so you might as well keep the one you have as it's only going to cost you more (shipping + taxes).
