Since another user got their card by returning to the KR version and by their timestamp was after my by a month in the queue I decided to also opt out of KL and return to KR and behold this miracle happened several days 3-4 after I opted out. My watch has ended 20/9/20(my evga q date) - 12/7/21 10G-P5-3897-KR
Is this some kind of an effing joke from Evga side? What the hell? Why would they even have two queues?!
The KL queue is for the LHR cards and KR is for the regular ones, they changed everybody from KR to KL with the option to opt out and get back to the KR if you didn't want LHR card, however since I saw a post from a guy from October with successful order I decided to swap back to KR due to the fact I was in the first couple of days with the hopes of getting one somewhat soon, as it turned out I got the link for purchase after getting back to the KR queue within days of opting out of KL, that said I do not recommend people that joined 3 or more months to opt out since I don't imagine they have that much inventory, however for those within the first 2 months this is something that I strongly recommend thinking about if you've been unable to get a card yet.
Regardless of all this Evga turns out to be the most reliable way to get a card for a decent price these days, if you've been in the queue since the start, tho this could change with the crackdown of crypto in china.
When did you opt out? I have a the same model for 10/05.
I opted out 2-4 days before getting the email for the KR version as per my original post with the picture, however my date was 20th of sept 2020, I'd let you decide about opting out as my reasoning was based on another user that received a card by opting out with q date later the mine which gave me some hope there might be inventory to cover orders of the first 2 months.

Man I'm 1min away from a 3080ti hydro, 9min from the 3090 FTW3 hydro and like 35min from the Kingpin hydro..... Don't know what to do!
The 3080ti and 3090 will be basically the same in gaming performance and then there is just something about having a Kingpin card 🥺

Man, talk about a snails pace. My bet is only 5% of stock goes to those in the queues, if that. With my time at 9:52am on 3080 ti launch day it'll probably be March of next year if I'm lucky.
