Keep in mind that not all people who queued up signed up on the spreadsheet. It's not because you see 6 people getting a card on the list that it will be like that every day. We dont know the delta between the spreadsheet and the real queue ;)

Ofc  , i am aware that not all peoples are registered on the spreadsheet but the fact  fist peoples on the spreadsheet receiving a notification are only separated by 10min leads me to believe the delta between the shreadsheet and the real queue must not be that big.
 
There is indeed no real way to say how many notification mails have been sent , maybe 6 maybe 20 maybe more but my point was that hopefully the real queue ( and by extend the shpreadsheet queue ) will move at a steady  daily basis instead of stagnating and having to wait weeks or months to see some movement again .

Because they used the ELITE wheel (that you get after getting ELITE member) and got those codes. I think this isn't a thing for EU though lol

It's ok bro, I'll take more expensive products over the USA's healthcare and education system any day. You might actually be better off even with these more expensive prices in general.

I have just spot a deal through gpu tracker at German retailer and decided to go with a Gigabyte 3080ti vision oc. 2k is not cheap, however it's still 400€ cheaper than at Dutch retailers. Evga has lost me as a customer.

yeah, maybe the LHR cards are doing their job and miners are staying away.
although 3080's are available for around €1800 too.

hope it will move a bit faster, unlucky i registered at 8 am so i will have a hundred ppl in front.
just to know, if i receive a notifies for one gpu (3080 ti with liquid cooler) i can't buy the air version too right? but can i ignore the notifies and wait for the card that i want?

is there a thread somewhere where i can count to 100? i cant talk s**t for couple of hours.

08:00 isn't bad, the majority are 07:30 onwards as the websites were down.

This does not look like a good deal. Even EVGA's 1500 (with VAT) is too much for many people (given that it's +5-10% performance from 3080, and probably more heat).
I think it's possible to find 3080 for less than 2k.

I see some 3080s for 1600-1700 on a local ebay-like site, not unboxed and with warranty.

I haven't said it's a good deal, it's a lot of money for me too. I'm just done waiting, not having a PC for almost a year, I'm bored to death... If I manage to get the VAT back, then the card will cost me 1715 or something like that. Still insane sum, however it's nowhere near 2499 that retailer are shamelessy asking in The Netherlands. And speaking of the filthy brokers that inflate the gpu prices, NVIDIA needs to wipe the supply chain clean of them and be very strict to it's partners. Close all those valves and feed those brokers to the fishes.. Only then we will get the gpus at reasonable prices.
