30000 seems toooooo optimistic. Their estimated annual revenue is ~50M. I assume graphic cards take half of it? Assuming medium price for a graphic card is 1000$ it would give it 25,000 cards sold per year for all models. 3080ti is just small part of this share, may be 10-15% that gives us total of ~3000 units. Then if my assumptions above are true then EU will have got 300-600 cards.

Please, can someone who is working for EVGA answer, why the 3080 ti XC3 12G-P5-3955-KR card doesn't have a notify button in the EU store?
When the 3080 ti dropped on June 3rd I couldn't even load EVGA's website, for more than 30 minutes... I am an elite member and couldn't sign up at all for the XC3 and I still haven't been able to queue myself in.
I have no interest in the other more expensive models.

It has been stated by Jacob  that XC3 was available only in very limited quantities and that it will not be restocked . Basically the XC3 was just a bait an switch for EVGA to claim they did offer 3080Ti close to MSRP ( i guess to respect obligation from NVIDIA ) but they are not planning to restock it so the real MSRP starts at 1400$ . I know it's disapointing , i was interested in the XC3 aswell , in fact i managed to load the page and had the green '' put in cart '' button available but nothing happened when pushed because of the issues. 
 
So yeah if you are only interested in the XC3 you can forget about it , either you go for another brand that offers a custom model close to MSRP or you go for the more expensive models but honestly it's arleady too late for that ...

I hope that someone from EVGA will read what I am about to say and I also hope this will resonate with others, sharing a similar thought as me.
If what Raldi92 is saying that the XC3 is just a "placeholder" for a close to MSRP offering, but is realistically not being restocked, after the initial drop is probably one the SCUMMIEST things a company can do in a horrible climate like it is now. 
I am aware that a sizeable portion of EVGA's customers wouldn't even think twice about paying 200+ euros over MSRP for more RGB bling for let's face facts here, identically performing cards (except the KP and hybrid SKUs) to the XC3.
I don't know if other AIBs are doing the same thing, since I haven't seen any having an online retail store, here in the EU but this move is extremely low-down and just leaves a very bad taste in potential buyers, which would love to return to your brand again in the future, when this crap is finally behind us all and availability returns to normal. Also, no I won't sign up for the FTW3, which I am sure will perform in gaming tests and benches close to identically to the XC3 while costing 200 eur more.
Need I even mention the tragic and frankly inexplicable (to me at least) complete tragedy of the EU re-stocking allocations? 
Something needs to change!

12G-P5-3968-KR 6/3/2021 7:26:17 for me. I really, really hope they don't piss about this time around. FTW3 Hybrid should be one of their top cards so I expect them to make a serious amount of them and deliver a serious amount of them too. The absolute non communication we get from EVGA for us in EU sucks ass, I seriously hope they don't repeat this again this time. Looks like i'm reasonably close to the first notifies, for the time being at least.

It is really getting difficult to withold the temptation to buy from a scalper. EVGA 3080ti was my last hope te get a card soon for a "normal" price. Even more frustrating to see that cards were offered on e-Bay within minutes after people bought their card. Looking at the EU queue list is not giving much hope. But still kudos for the ones that make the list.
