It's funny, because EVGA is the only company out there that is at least trying to deliver GPUs directly to customers at reasonable prices in this hard times. And they're getting so much **** for everything. Seriously guys, we're all frustrated with this situatuion, but look at the whole picture.

I don't think there is something funny about the legitimate complaints peoples are expressing here . I believe your confusion comes from the fact that you are mixing two distinctive argument  :
 
1) Yes EVGA is the only company that is at least trying to deliver GPUs at reasonable prices , this has been acknowledged several times and infact is the primary reason EU customers stick with EVGA despite EVGA treating them like no customer deserves to be treated .
 
2) No they are not getting ***** for everything ! They are getting ****** for very specific reasons who have been expressed dozens of times . You can perfectly acknowledge EVGA examplary customer service etc etc and at the same time call out their deficient management ( to say the least )  of the EU market . 
 
This is the point , peoples should stop treating corporations like friends , it's a business relationship nothing more nothing less . Yes EVGA is doing many things right  and this the primary reason we consider doing business with them but also as far as the EU market is concerned EVGA is doing many things wrong and therefore deserve to be called out . We ( EU customers )  are showing loyalty to EVGA yet they are not returning the favor back to us , far from it ........ preferential treatment goes only  to the NA market .

I can almost agree with that.
My last GK was the one from EVGA is a GTX 1080.
And if there was a problem with a product, it wasn't a problem to fix it through EVGA. However, I had never ordered a product directly from EVGA in the shop before.
And it is correct that the prices are currently anything but fair as far as the graphics card market is concerned.
I also see it that I see EVGA only as a business partner and not as a Freud but also as this one can expect to be treated fairly regardless of which country you come from or what you buy.

Because they used the ELITE wheel (that you get after getting ELITE member) and got those codes. I think this isn't a thing for EU though lol

It has been like that and worse since the beginning, that's not news. I signed up for the 3060Ti skus back in December and wasn't even aware of the whole deal here in the forums. Came back at around mid- February, only to discover the harsh truth. 6 months in, 3060tis moved up 4 ~days iirc. @Talin_toaga couple pages back and @Raldi have some pretty valid points. But at the end of the day, no matter how many emails folks send, its in their discretion to choose to allocate stock to the EU market or not and at your discretion to wait. 🤷‍♂️

That's already an achievement , to put thing into perspective if you take a look at the 3080 FTW Ultra queue , we are almost 9months past the launch date and EVGA has not even cleared the first hour of the EU queue , only 6 guys out the 300+ of the total queue have received their cards , at this rate the last guy on the list can expect to receive his GPU in about 37 years from now ... Meanwhile they have already cleared 5 days of the NA queue . So that can only mean one thing , EU queue is a just PR vaporware to prevent EU banning EVGA from their purchase list .

I mean sure , at the end of the day they can do whatever they want with their allocation but still fact is EVGA pretends to care about the EU market YET there is clear discrimination shown towards EU customers . So either EVGA publicly ackowledges that they don't care about the EU market at which point there is no reason to organise a queue for the EU market and at which point EU customers will take measures against this company or they they do care about the EU market and start acting accordingly .

Yup, I know, I read pretty much all the rest of the EU threads since back in NOV. I just wasn’t sure if this was the case for the 3080 or 3090 queue so I didn’t want to write something that wasn’t accurate. We also need to consider the fact that many, like me, did not know about the existence of those queue lists from the start, so the number of folks waiting are potentially even higher. It’s pretty bad.

I’m with you, all I’m saying is, no matter what we, as EU returning (or not) customers, do or say currently, won’t affect their current allocation plan. Looking at the other two EU threads proves that. Maybe we could totally abandon the queues, cancel out all notifies and not care anymore for EVGA cards. That would be great, but between us, who is willing to do that, especially right now?

It’s either complicated logistics that hinders an allocation at the scale of NA, or it’s vaporwave as you said. I believe it’s a mix of both. As a retailer themselves, they can’t push through as many cards and as easily as in the NA while maintaining the supply of the current contracts between them and other EU retailers, but at the same time they care only to create, maximize and maintain the demand just so there is a certain bed level of customers ready to throw their hard earned monies to them.

I also received my notification on June 7th at 04:29 AM PT which is 13:29 CEST.
The purchase is made. Total cost € 1224.99 + € 15.99 shipping + € 260.61 VAT = € 1501.59.
According to my PayPal payment confirmation the money went to EVGA (Hong Kong) Company Ltd.
I am now a very happy person.....!!

Congrats to all of you guys who managed to secure your order ( 6 so far ) .  I really hope things are not going to stagnate from here , according to Jacob emails should be sent daily  ( don't know if that also includes EU ) so hopefully we can expect 6 or so mails per day but im not holding my breath on this . Let's see , maybe EVGA have learned their lesson with the 3080Ti .... maybe .

Keep in mind that not all people who queued up signed up on the spreadsheet. It's not because you see 6 people getting a card on the list that it will be like that every day. We dont know the delta between the spreadsheet and the real queue ;)
