I had upgrading my old "Gainward GTX 1070 8GB" to a new "EVGA RTX 2070 Super FTW3 Ultra Gaming 8GB", but cant see any difference in fps, maybe just ~10fps more (100fps on COD Warzone High Settings). I had also clean the drivers with DDU. What could be the reason? My guess is that my 500W PSU is too low for the EVGA RTX 2070 Super FTW3 Ultra Gaming and according to my monitoring tool my GPU never running over 20% when playing games. My Specs: Ryzen 7 2700 - overclocked to 3,8 GHz RTX 2070 Super 16 GB DDR4 3000MHz RAM G.Skill Trident Z RGB Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming 500W BeQuiet Pure Power 11 80 Plus Gold FHD 24" 144Hz Monitor Thank you all for you help

Return your CPU overclock back to default, try some gaming or benchmarks and see if there is any difference.

Welcome to the EVGA Forums Run GPU-Z (it is free) & look at the Sensor Tab .. or set to record --> then While running your benchmark or Game --> looking at the Sensor tab PerfCap Reason - will indicate what is reason for Performance Cap of your GPU To post screen shot ... your a new member .. there are limits .... Obviously all results will be slightly different between any games ... due to their optimization .. but you need to set up each game so that results show approx 94% videocard usage . Having it running at 20% shows something is definitely off ... the new COD should make that 2070 sweat running at near 100% Try other game or other benchmarks .... nvidia control panel setting should be at 'prefer maximum performance'... * most game settings should be cranked to near max too.... Would need more info for anyone to begin to help in any decisive way ... .

Yes your 500W is on the small side that GPU --> - Minimum of a 650 Watt power supply.
- Two available 8-pin or 6+2pin PCIe power
You Should run separate PCIe power cables from the PSU for Each 8-pin socket on your GPU for best performance & stability

I also just noticed you didn't say what resolution you are at ? If it is at just 1080p ?, ... this could be the reason also. These cards will breeze thru 1080p - really are made for 1440p or 4K monitors.
