Which CPU to buy?

Hi all,
I currently have a 1080p projector, I want to upgrade to a 4k projector and was informed I need to upgrade my CPU. Please give recomendations. I was considering to get the 5900x or the 5950x, also please recommend which fan.
These are my specs:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Motherboard - Tuf gaming x570 plus
32 GB DDR4 - 3000mhz corair vengeance lpx
RTX 4070 Super
1) from England
2) For Gaming, want to play newer games ideally at max graphics
3) for 4k 120 inch projector
4) How much are you looking to spend? as much as is needed to buy the cpu, less than 300
6) Brands Preferred - Am4 socket
7) Someone suggested to me the Online

    Here's a page from the 5800X3D review (the best gaming CPU for AM4).
     
    You can see from the top chart:

    At 4k, there's about a 4% difference (on average) between 3600X and even the 5800X3D. At 1080p, there can be a big difference (if you have a strong GPU), but at 4k the GPU becomes the entire bottleneck in most situations and the CPU is not as important. So while you'd see an uplift with your current setup, going to a 4k projector makes the CPU not work as hard.
