I am starting a thread for those interested in how my new 3090 FTW3 Ultra Hybrid is doing.

Should get my card on Friday. I plan on doing a push/pull config with corsair ml120s. I would rather use the fans it comes with but they don't sell them separately....

Hey there Eg1122! Sorry I didn't get back to you yet with a pic. I just got everything buttoned up and I really wanted to start benchmarks :D.

Please let me know how the push/pull goes. I might do the same. 59C seems pretty hot to me haha.

Nereus, quick question, what temp does your card max out at while running PR?

1) Please state what includes in box  for example : Full installation tutorial, heatpads , etc ?
 
2) How easy the installation is ?
 
3) I see pump is Asetek gen 6. Do you hear classic pump buzzing ?
 
Lastly I recommend vardar 3k or ippc noctua industrial 3k rpms for benchmarking. 

Hi there Steamroller,

My card came as a hybrid so I did not need to install the cooler. I have done this prior with my Titan Xp with a slightly modded 1080ti hybrid kit and while stressful was not all together hard. I did need to buy a tiny screwdriver set.

As for the pump, my Titan Xp did not have any buzzing and this card sounds very similar, if not the same. That is my fans are louder then any pump noise. Tommorow when I get up in the am I will use my phone to take a video so you can listen for yourself. I would hate to misinform you.

my 3090 ftw3 ultra's temperature
In room 18c-26c
idle 31c
full load 61c-74c
stock+110/memory+800/score 14010
but all the fans is 100% load and very loud
 
if the hybrid's temperature is under 60c,that is very charming
hope the hybrid kit soon to sell

Nereus, quick question, what temp does your card max out at while running PR?

Not sure what the max was, but the results said average temp 60°C. I know from running Furmark that thermal throttling definitely kicks in by 60°C.

Memory +1000, GPU +150, Port Royal 14,100 - and that seems to be as good as I'm going to get on air on this card.

So now I wonder. If you keeping memory lower can you up the core? And would it still crash in game?

Working on that now! tried +200without any additional voltage and it crashed.
