eg1122Man tomorrow can't come soon enough. Do you mind if I contribute a bit to this thread once I get my card? I'm not a huge gpu overclocker but I do plan to oc this one.
Nereus 3090 FTW3 Ultra (NOT HYBRID) ..adding for comparison.Memory +1000, GPU +150, Port Royal 14,100 - and that seems to be as good as I'm going to get on air on this card. These cards seem to have a heavy thermal throttle.
araganThis thread is great, thanks. Is your fan curve default or custom?
arestavoIf you're savvy enough, you might want to flash the 3090 XC3 VBIOS and see what you can get. It will run hotter, but for benchmarking it really opens up the 3090 FTW3. Be sure to back up your current VBIOS.Here's my best (on air) 3090 FTW3 Ultra on the XC3 Ultra VBIOS run vs my very best XOC (which was the same performance as the stock OC VBIOS): https://www.3dmark.com/compare/pr/542809/pr/430091

I wonder if I could break 15k or at least get close.

Adding as comparison as well. 3090 FTW3 Ultra (Not Hybrid) Memory +1000, Clock +205 , Voltage +100, Did not update the XOC Bios Beta for more voltage. Port Royal 14442 Ran on air only inside a Lian Li O11DMust have been a fluke for that run because I was never able to hit +205 clock againHad stable runs with mem +1000, clock +195Good hunting on your benchmarks!

QueueCumberGenerally, most of the Evga cards seem to hit +180 reliably. Some hit 195 and 210. And a smaller amount hit 225. But, those higher numbers aren't necessarily producing higher scores.
badboy64I wish I could even come close to that score and what are your card clocks. I can't get any higher than 14,300+.
arestavobadboy64I wish I could even come close to that score and what are your card clocks. I can't get any higher than 14,300+.Is that with the XC3 VBIOS on your 3090FTW3? My best with the stock OC VBIOS or XOC VBIOS was 14233 and took a very long time to get. Thr XC3 run got me 14800+ after a minimal amount of tweaking. My card shows power limits like mad from 400W to 450W with the stock OC or XOC VBIOS. The XC3 VBIOS still shows power as a limit, but it pulls a LOT more from the wall - like 60 more watts. GPU-Z won't read the third power plug, and the power readings won't be right, and the fans can act really wonky when you set them to 100% during benchmark runs (they sound like they are dropping to 75% or lower at times before ramping back up) - but the score increase happens because the card doesn't downclock heavily. It seems more in line with a thermal bin reduction instead of power / voltage.
