Nereus 3090 FTW3 Ultra (NOT HYBRID) ..adding for comparison. Memory +1000, GPU +150, Port Royal 14,100 - and that seems to be as good as I'm going to get on air on this card. These cards seem to have a heavy thermal throttle.
Adding as comparison as well. 3090 FTW3 Ultra (Not Hybrid) Memory +1000, Clock +205 , Voltage +100, Did not update the XOC Bios Beta for more voltage. Port Royal 14442 Ran on air only inside a Lian Li O11D Must have been a fluke for that run because I was never able to hit +205 clock again Had stable runs with mem +1000, clock +195 Good hunting on your benchmarks!

If you're savvy enough, you might want to flash the 3090 XC3 VBIOS and see what you can get. It will run hotter, but for benchmarking it really opens up the 3090 FTW3. Be sure to back up your current VBIOS. Here's my best (on air) 3090 FTW3 Ultra on the XC3 Ultra VBIOS run vs my very best XOC (which was the same performance as the stock OC VBIOS): https://www.3dmark.com/compare/pr/542809/pr/430091

Crank the fans, clean boot, set the NVCP shaders to high performance, wait 15 minutes between benchmark runs - I bet you can break 15K with it, if not more. Full disclosure - I only use it for benchmarking, not gaming. Maybe once I get a Hybrid kit it'll be a daily driver. Edit: and the fans may act a little wonky. They do for the air cooler.

Generally, most of the Evga cards seem to hit +180 reliably. Some hit 195 and 210. And a smaller amount hit 225. But, those higher numbers aren't necessarily producing higher scores.

arestavo If you're savvy enough, you might want to flash the 3090 XC3 VBIOS and see what you can get.
I wish I could even come close to that score and what are your card clocks. I can't get any higher than 14,300+.

Port Royal 14442 Ran on air only inside a Lian Li O11D
Must have been a fluke for that run because I was never able to hit +205 clock again
Had stable runs with mem +1000, clock +195
Good hunting on your benchmarks!
Not a fluke. These cards seem inconsistent in general. But in this case, it is most likely changes in ambient temperatures affecting the entire system. A nice drop in temperature with an open door in the winter can push scores up a bit.

Is that with the XOC Bios? I am having issues going more then +160 really, +175 has only worked once for me.

Is that with the XC3 VBIOS on your 3090FTW3? My best with the stock OC VBIOS or XOC VBIOS was 14233 and took a very long time to get. Thr XC3 run got me 14800+ after a minimal amount of tweaking. My card shows power limits like mad from 400W to 450W with the stock OC or XOC VBIOS. The XC3 VBIOS still shows power as a limit, but it pulls a LOT more from the wall - like 60 more watts. GPU-Z won't read the third power plug, and the power readings won't be right, and the fans can act really wonky when you set them to 100% during benchmark runs (they sound like they are dropping to 75% or lower at times before ramping back up) - but the score increase happens because the card doesn't downclock heavily. It seems more in line with a thermal bin reduction instead of power / voltage.

I just got the 3080 ftw hybrid, not sure if I should start a new topic or if it'd be ok to merge into this one, I could posts some scores to see how the 3080 and 3090 hybrids compare.

I have the FTW3 Ultra XOC bios. I have seen in some games hitting 480+ power like Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Max temp averages around 62C during the benchmark.

I had a couple crashes with Shadow of Tomb Raider while playing. So i relaxed the core 10 more pts. I really want my daily driver to be +0 volts just to keep things as stock and stable as possible. Memory +1000/Core+130/voltage+0:14454
