Yes, I am running the latest drivers without issues. Yep, you will need to redo all your power management settings if you don't backup these files.

 Cheers I didn't know that was possible, I couldn't see the link on my phone earlier to "These" files and was about to ask what "these" files were, now I am home :)
 
For Others who read this thread These Files are : 
 
nvdrsdb0.bin
nvdrsdb1.bin
nvdrssel.bin
nvdrswr.lk
 
Do a clean install then restore those files. 
 
They are in the C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\Drs folder by the look of it.....
 
Can't understand why then Nvidia hasn't given us a button to do this auto , so we can import and export settings......
