I come up on my 10 year anniversary soon and man the memories. The ups, the downs, the XrayMan locking cool threads. Such great times. I comeback sometimes and see it’s not active much at all anymore. What are the plans for the future guys?

I don't have an answer for you. Only EVGA can answer that question. I also do not know if EVGA will introduce anything new at Computex 2023.

While we don't know what EVGA plans to do in the future at least we know the community they built for gamers will continue to share their passion for PC gaming on the forums.

Good to see you dropping in every now and then.   Your thread made me realize I just went over 15 years a couple weeks ago.  So many changes over the years.  Not only with the Forums, but with EVGA as well.

Fifteen years here, not sure what the future will bring. I was saddened when EVGA left the GPU market.
But things change, not always for the better. What's better for some is not always better for everyone.
I don't know what EVGA is going to do in the future or how long the forums will be here. Seems like EVGA will close down when the owner retires. It does look like the business is winding down. Many programs ended EVGA bucks, step up, extended warranty.
I was active with team ABIT folding and on their forums. They left the motherboard business and what they stayed doing did not last a whole lot longer. Was a shame too they made good boards and were ahead of their time. Jumper less overclocking...

Lots of good people here on the forums who spend a lot of their own time trying to help other with issues and spend a lot of time and money folding and crunching for science research. I have been doing it since 2006 or so. I may retire at 20 years.
But then again I know I will miss doing it, heck I should live so long!!! Who knows.
What ever happens I wish every one success and happiness in life whatever you do in the future.

Life is too short to carry a cheap pocket knife

Good to hear from you BF3PRO. Some of us old timers are still around. I don't know if you have caught the news of Jacob leaving EVGA, and landing @ Nvidia? Not sure what is in the cards [nice pun, ehh?] for EVGA. But it is very weird for me looking at the new GPU series, only to have to buy another manufacturers card. Wish I didn't have to. One thing that keeps me here are the decent people and the folding team.

Eh, 20 years for me soon. Personally, I enjoyed 2004-2014 a lot more than 2014 to 2024, but YMMV. I did a meet up with EVGA staff at CES 2014 and Joe gave me crap about my time as a forum mod. Fun times.

And asking about the future, the forums are the forums. Not like I have any reason to suddenly change my mind about being here magically after some arbitrary period of time.

What makes these forums appealing no matter the era is that they don't force a requirement to just talk about EVGA here. It allows the forums to transcend just being EVGA. Looking back, there have been lots of changes over the last 20 years. Many were a paradigm shift for EVGA. The shift away from GPUs don't even seem controversial to me at this point. I find that they finally made an AMD mobo after 15 years to be more shocking (in a good way) frankly. If they can shrug off Nvidia and make AMD mobos, it tells me they're not beholden to much of anyone and forge their own path instead of following after others.

2004-2014 was the golden years around here.

Joe Darwin actually took part on the forums back then. KingPin did his own live streams. We had active gaming community. 2014 is when EVGA took over EGC that was built by the community and ran it into the ground.

I don't see rebranded power supplies and AIO's keeping the company afloat. With KingPin out the door, i doubt will see any new motherboards from EVGA.

Shocked they haven't changed Jacob title on the forums to Alumni to make sure customers don't PM him for help.
