Yeah, I too have been having difficulties with site (registering my products and getting extended warranty). Hopefully replacement board will solve your issue. I am curious to hear what you find.

Ok, so an update:
Got the board back from RMA land. Bench tested everything, all 8 dimm slots populated in BIOS. Memtest reports spd data correctly, except for manufacturer. Board came with BIOS ver. 1.24 for 1&2 so I updated BIOS 2 to 1.28. Surprise, slot 1 reports spd unavailable in memtest, and does not like all 8 dimms populated at 3466 only at 2133. Removed 4 dimms for 32GB total and all is good. What is the significant difference between ver. 1.24 and 1.28? Also ver. 1.26 didn't like 3466, but ran with no errors at 3600?!?

I feel at this point everything points to issues with BIOS itself. Do you feel same? If yes I am afraid community won't be able to help you, you would need to either open ticket with EVGA or abandon FTW-K for something else.

It works error free right now. I'm just going to leave it as is and I'll put the extra ram into the other system.
