p2 850w Fan noise

So I am on my 4th p2 850w and the fan noise is making me go crazy but I am not sure if it is normal.
 
Hopefully I can post links, if not sorry. Here is the link to the audio:  (edit, looks like it auto took out the link)
edit: Since it too out the link, the 0-10 sec mark sounds like a hiss.
 
0-10 sec mark is the mic right up on the logo in the middle of the fan
10-20 sec mark is the mic near the middle of the fan blades.
 
0-10 sec mark is where I am having troubles. Since I have a phanteks evolv tg, the fan is pulling from under my case and that causes all of that noise out.
 
Any help would be awesome.
