I would suggest 6.2.3, since anything after that has all the monitoring and profile starting issues in general.

But whatever floats your boat

Since updating last week, I was pulling hairs as to why my Pow-Temps & Mem-Temps where permanently running at 45c. And since getting some more ftw2's, for a second I assumed I really had won the silicon lottery. Damn it!

Yet all this time, its just HWM values disabled from the install.

Though have come to find out its really just a result of EVGA dev slaves - minds being frazzled as they are over worked, whipped & beaten by management.. lol ;P
As a result its basically v6.2.4 'beta' for the time being.

I actually like how they know it's flawed and removed version 6.2.4 all together! They have done that for the second time, first time they removed 6.2.4 and 6.2.5  Right now the latest one seems to be 6.2.3...again.

Does anyone know how I can turn off the LED lights that are on the top of the 1070ti SC black edition?
The EVGA Geforce GTX1070Ti logo on top is always lit up. I really would like to turn this LED logo off.

I have tired everything and when I install NVIDIA LEDVisualizer_v1.0.0.0 it prompts me and says: "Component Microsoft.NET Framework 4" is not installed, however it is installed on my machine.

Anyone have a fix or simply know how I can turn this LED logo off?
The LED light option is not available for the 1070ti SC in PXOC like my 1080 FTW2's

The top logo is very bright and lights up my whole studio apartment at night when I sleep as I leave my GPU's running for nefarious reasons ;) .. (I can at least mine some algo's to help go towards paying off the GPU's as they are so damn expensive now when I am not gaming / working and I'am sleeping etc..)

(I am not here to get into the whole mining debate etc, everyone is entitled to their own opinions and do whatever they please with the equipment they paid for & own:)

I would like to see this option made available by EVGA in PXOC as it does not currently allow for the top LED to be switched off & LED Sync unavailable for it.

I regret pulling that clear plastic off when I first got it as putting a sticker on top would block the light resulting in an easy fix.
However now I don't want to leave sticky adhesives smudge's all over it by doing that.

Any help in turning off the EVGA Geforce GTX1070Ti LED logo lights would be very much appreciated by me. Thanks.

I SPOKE TO SOON, PXOC 6.2.6 HWM VLAUES UN-CHECK AFTER EVERY RE-BOOT!

COME ON EVGA, please programme next PXOC Version release so user's can easily turn Off/On the Top LED Logo Lights on EVGA cards...  "UNBELIEVABLE this has not been done yet after all this time for the non front LED (SC) GPU's!"

Re: XOC 6.2.4 Temperature Monitoring Isuue 2018/05/02 04:48:45 (permalink)
Tried 6.2.6, most of the stuff work, except the thermal led's. I have them set according to temperature and they still stay blue after my card is 70 degrees. I went in the settings menu in the xoc to check if it's set up right, it was, and immediately they took the color they should've been from the start.

So apparently if I want my thermal led's working as they are supposed to (!) I have to go to settings and check them every single time I reboot my computer.

Also, 6.2.6 doesn't come with the Directx installer so after my re-format I installed 6.2.6 and I had runtime error message popping up permanently for evga presicion server. This issue was solved by downloading and installing directx from filehippo.com or something. Just another thing to keep in mind... After 6.2.3 Evga software team made a complete horses a$$ of the software. So I'm back in 6.2.3. Again.

Time to get new software engineers, Evga.

This is what happens when you steal afterburners code and have to re write a program over it in the end. LOL
