Hello, 
I bought EVGA 2080ti FTW3 Ultra on Amazon (from seller "EVGA") 1 month ago.
Finally I received my shipment today. The box says it's a 2080 Ti, but in the box i found video card 2080... How is that possible.
All stickers were well placed on the box, on the package of the video card. The serial number on the box are the same as serial number on the video card. 
Registration in My products says that i have  EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FTW3 ULTRA GAMING, 11G-P4... but inside the box 2080 and Nvidia panel says i have 2080...
How is that possible?

    Could you please take a look at GPU-z and see what it shows as the card and the clocks, to figure out what may have happened?

    It is probably a minor mixup and I am sure EVGA can get this corrected rather quick. By any chance have you already created a support ticket under the “My Products” section of your EVGA profile?

    Be an instant phone call to Evga's 24/7 phone number for me. Have many pics ready to go to email them.

    I wouldn't wait a day or 2 for a response from evga rma system.. just call them and it would take a min.

    The security tape were intact. I've checked twice on the both sides before opened the box. The attached picture were made before I used paper knife to cut the tape.
    Also, before my shipment were sent from USA to Russia I asked mail forwarding company for a pictures of the secure tape. Pictures attached.

    Wow, that’s an odd problem to have. Fortunately you bought an EVGA product and they have the best support team around. As others have said you are in good hands.

    It rarely happens as this is the first time I've heard such a thing but it must've slipped through the cracks during retail packaging.  I'm sure they'll do you right.

    Yeah forsure if the serial # is the same on the box and the card yet it's the reg 2080 non ti ftw had to be labeled wrong at the factory.

    Hey!
    Still waiting for reply from EVGA.
    Here is a picture with three serial number stickers which i have sent to EVGA support: two on the video card and one the box. You can see "2080" on a backplate and "2080Ti" on the box 
     
    I though maybe a good person in a mail forwarding company did some manipulations to my shipment. But i can not image how is that possible if:
    1) protection stickers on the box were intact;
    2) anti-static bag with video card is new, with new protection sticker;
    3) all stickers on the video card seems to be new and placed correctly.

    someone else have now a 2080 ti instead of 2080
