I did 53 million in December they have me as just over 4 million so i haven't gotten anything to claim on my folding
also January they have me at 70 million and I'm about 25 million for Jan.
not been able to claim the December evga folding points

Give them time. EVGA's showing I folded 22 million points in January, when that entire number should be for December.  I wouldn't even bother with an email unless it's still mixed up a month from now. As long as everything is squared away and rewards requested before March it's fine.
 Have water, will cool.

Thank you drougnor. EVGA SHOULD HIRE YOU. I'm not worried about it, but stats aren't right since Oct. Looking @ Extreme, Oct. I folded 49 million, EVGA shows 39M. Then in Nov. there are the extra 7M on top. EVGA shows 143M, extreme shows 136M. December EVGA shows 88M, Extreme shows 133M. Jan. @EVGA shows 63M, Extreme shows 16M. I know they are working on it, and I'm happy they are. Thank you for trying to coordinate with EVGA, droug.

How did you get a flat file? And where do we contact them for adjustment?
I've been collecting TeamEVGA's stats for over a decade now by pulling all of our team members out of the official flat file that the Folding @ Home program produces every hour with a custom bit of code. Around 7 years ago, I swapped over to also collecting the top 50 teams and all their users, mostly as a pet project. d

My points seem to be correct for December and January but I still haven't been approved for December.

Glad some of you have the correct points. Mine are still screwy. I have not folded in January.  I'm less than a 1000 points from requesting the 2nd tier for the first time this year. Also is it possible to re-request for May since that mistake was fixed.

Yodap, I see USPS finally updated... paid for 2 day priority mail, it's taking a week to get to you, and in the same State no less. It only left NYC this morning, after sitting there for 2 full days. I guess they are operating on a skeleton crew with the coronavirus on a rampage.

My December bucks just got approved today. I'll wait till the numbers are fixxed before requesting January.
If your points were denied due to a glitch, send the webmaster an email and see if they'll award the bucks.

My January got approved today(submitted yesterday). Numbers on EVGA site are wrong but I am good for the 30M anyway.

I agree, something strange happened to the Stats spreadsheet / EVGA Server ? My Rigs & 7 GPU are good .... not this good  2.9 Billion on 08 January  My October Still shows 0 points ... I folded the last week of Oct ~ 69 Million Now - Extreme OC Stats - Never align with - EVGA Stats ... for many reasons (when flat file is grabbed) But Not this Much  01/2021 Points 2,914,420,250 ---> Should be ~ 185 Million

I've not gotten proper points for December yet, and nothing to claim after 50 million, evga has my January point much higher than it should be.

It's like they are starting the month a week or two early or something. Is it possible whatever method they are using to get the folding points no longer works, or is a few weeks off? Maybe they are doing 30 day months, and over a period of time, the error built up. I should have taken a screenshot, but the other day I saw scores for inder372 with 20 sextillion points (2x10^22) and CoolGTX also gained like 6 zeroes on the list of EVGA's top 25 folders. It's fixed now however, with numbers that make sense.

Wait until it is fixed, or email them over it. If you request points when the numbers are incorrect and for whatever reason you go below the reward thresholds, you lose the reward(s) requested permanently for that month.
Have water, will cool.

Yeah, whatever they are using to figure out PPD isn't working as intended. I'm at 10M for the month and EVGA tells me 2M.
