Well... we certainly have different ways to see things  , but I like these discussions.
Given that the K|ngP|n released much later to a select number of people that are suposed to be regulars in the forum and when everything was running for months, I found surprising the reporting numbers were that low, I mean, enewt basically turned the checkout thread into a trap for timestamps. It would be amazing if we europeans could get a similar trend running here. But Until we can get the EU lines "working" we have little data to make other assumptions, although I see a lot of paterns mirroing the US queues.
 
As for the 3090, there is that whole "lots of dead cards" issue that is worrying some folks and card is factually more expensive than any other Ampere by some margin, I have seen some resistance in retailers which indicates that people are not exausting that stock as quick as the 3080, the 3070 also seems to "run out" much later than the 3060 and the 3080 and I don't blame them considering how the benchmarks turned out.
 
Tomorrow is Tuesday, a popular day for emails, hopefully I can catch a few more crumbs on my daily rounds to fill up the reports, I actually dug up one yesterday that should advance one of the 3080 queues, will put it up a little later once I have done my "sniffing round".

 
Yeah, I like these discussions. We're not too dissimilar in thinking btw. The main thing that I believe that I think you don't, relates to the 3090 FTW Ultra. I'd be fairly confident that for that specific queue for EU that it has (so far) gotten _zero_ allocation. Sure, I've seen a few appear on Scan.co.uk within the last few weeks, so they are making their way to Europe - just not into the EVGA EU queue. I'd have ordered one from SCAN but with Brexit, and the fear of a "no deal" Scan are currently setup not to ship from the UK to Ireland (where I live) and couldn't as a result. F'ing typical. 
 
The fact that other skus are getting movement tells me that the EU queues are moving. How fast in relation to the NA queues we can't really say from the data that we have - but the fact that there has been no movement on that 3090 FTW and the NA queue is well into October while the EU equivalent is still back in Sept - nahh, it's just not possible that we had 1000's of more users sign up on day zero in EU than our cousins over in North America. You could argue that it's just that people didn't update the spreadsheet, and that could be the case, however......I happen to be one of those Sept people, and I know I didn't get notified, so I'd be confident about the logic. 

Why do I/we care? Well, I'd like people to know that if they are waiting on a 3090 FTW Ultra via the queue - you may be waiting in vein. Hopefully someone will notice and fix whatever problem is there. 

Note: I did use the queuing system back in 2018 for my 2080Ti, so I know it works......just doesn't seem to be "doing it's thing" at the moment.

No clue, only EVGA can release those numbers.
As for the queues moving so slowly, obviously a lot of people clicked on "day 1". It's a no brainer that those initial days have an insane volume of waiting people, keep in mind that emails are not automated, a human is going thru all those clicks one by one and on the US thread there is a theory that EVGA tends to group daily emails by SKUs, most likely the ones they have built enough stock I say.
 
An internal magical number that sort of "opens the gates" probably exists, but even enewt hasn't been able to pinpoint that with all the data he gets, the EU data I have is too low to work on estimates of "ok, maybe it's 50, or 100" and in practice that number would be useless because we have no idea how many have are queued.
There is also the detail, that I tend to repeat often, that the EU stock is being managed at the factory in Asia, so others factors could have an impact on the number of cards being shipped to the queue orders.

Just make sure you mention it's for the EU Sheets as it is a separate form.
In any case your timestamps could serve as a future reference, you can leave those here

from the recent updates it seems that only FTW3 and ultra versions are being delivered. let's hope other models like xc3 gaming and such to follow this trend too.

That's very reassuring ComboSlicer - you are (as far as I know) the first person to receive an email in Europe for the 3090 FTW Ultra's. Again, as I've said before lack of previous email recipients didn't mean that there were not others before you (as they may simply not notified the thread) .....but it's certainly reassuring to hear that you got the mail as it proves that cards *are* getting to the queue.  Before today, I would have said "no chance" - now I can change my mind :-) 

I'm in myself for 9/26, so I suspect I may have some time to go yet even though it's only 2 days in the queue after you - but it gives me hope.

Saw a 3090 Kinpin on Caseking earlier today with availability for a short time, for almost €2500  Priced that ridiculously and still sold out in short order.

Received 3090 today which I ordered from EVGA EU store, very quiet card.

From September you got the notification yesterday???
So I entered the notification in November i should expect a notification in 2022??

It's hard to make a guess, but the current waiting time has been slipping to around 4 months in some queues.
Your notification is around the same time as mine, I believe queues will move faster as we move away from release day, but those days are still crawling at this point.
