Just relax, I think this only means that something is happening on EU/DE website

Yeah it means we’re officially not getting anything Just accept it. They dont even supply their retailers that are trying to fulfill the pre-ordered EVGA cards.

Last week a post on reddit appeared where a cs rep from EVGA EU was saying the EU shop would be implemented within a week. We’re past that now.

By the time we can use the EU store and the queue is implemented, it will probably be early 2021.

You need to relax and understand how it works. Previously, our EU notifications were listed on NA site. I tried signing in notification on EU store, nothing was displayed on NA Notification list. Tried the same with NA store and a card was listed then. So it means the NA notification list only works with NA site which is very logical. We just need to wait until EU has a notification list link for the store.
Also, need I remind you that before this NA notification list there was no way of knowing but despite that, you were still registered for notifications ? Meaning even if we have no way of knowing if / when we signed up doesn't mean they deleted our notification entries.

Now, there's probably a link that's going in place to eu.evga/MyNotify or something like that where our notifications for the EU site are or will be displayed. We just need to wait. At least we know it's moving, which is better than what we could say a day ago.

Need I remind you we were promised thousands of cards to be shipped to the EU?

I too been hunting for an EVGA card, but the fact that plenty of people post on the forums here that they were able to buy them in physical stores in the US, while most of the EU retailers who took pre-orders are not receiving stock shows me that they literally will only serve the EU after serving the US where they are based themselves.

I have THREE pre-orders at THREE DIFFERENT largest retailers In this country. And only ONE of these three has received 5 EVGA cards over the timespan of a month.

Even if the queue is implemented, who says that they will ship stock to their own store if they don't even fulfill orders from their retailers?

Asus, MSI and Gigabyte have been able to send a hundreds of cards to EU already, EVGA is still pretty damn close to zero. And that's not because of a supply, I'ts because of EU is not a priority.

What's the point of being loyal to the brand, if you get a treatment like this? This is the moment you vote with your money.

But just hang in there, all leftovers will be sent to EU eventually.

I won't debate the stock issue because I wasn't pointing that out and I would agree about that. What I'm pointing is to relax regarding notifications disappearing from NA Notification List and nothing more. I never said we would be able to buy in 2020. I just said things are moving and it's better than one day ago. Because right now it seems clear without this queueing you will never have cards in EU so getting the queueing is a step in the right direction. Not saying it will be done in days to get stock. I'm looking many other sites to get ahold of a TUF / Strix / Trio Gaming so yeah, I'm done being loyal customer for this launch, they screwed up their EU customer and if they want my money they better hurry up before I'm able to get one from another brand somewhere else.

Only their announcements. And stock probably will suck as bad as it was because bots and scalpers will be there especially if they know it might hurt their chances of selling their RTX scalped ones. Cards will probably release mid to late november around consoles launches, since XSX releases November 10th and in EU PS5 releases the 19th.

To me it would made sense so they don't undermine too much their consoles launches because it's likely that RDNA2 will have different tiers of cards and some tiers could be in conflict against console performances, killing the console deal for someone that can't afford a RTX 3000 Series and is counting on RDNA2 for PC to get some good performance.

Can people keep tweeting at Jacob EVGA until we get concrete updates on the EU situation? I have been asking a) When we can expect stock at EU etailers, b) The scale of the stock and models and c) When notify + buy will work on EVGA EU.

I trief several times but Mr. Freemans seems to find that answering the same Qs from US costumers is far more worthwhile.

Guessing that's because a) "shipments are coming every few days " b) " Can't say quantity but it's decent stock, mostly FTW3 Ultra " (yes he did use this term) c) "no ETA ".
All those are from previous latest answers and I'm guessing he has nothing more to say about situation of EU right now, because it's been days if not weeks that those words are used and kinda stops meaning anything anymore now :/

Yeah 2 days ago i saw a strix 3090 oc for a really decent price on amazon.nl so the race is on for me as well. It is going to be either a 3080 ftw3 or the strix oc 3090 sins that don't have stepups but does have a 2nd hdmi2.1 which is usefull for my vr and maybe even upcoming monitors sins it has more bandwidth then dp1.4a.

We will see who wins the race ;)
No update yet from jacob on my quetion. Either he is asleep or just don't know the current status on the notify list that is gone for us @ eu

He's sleeping or at least not working right now. In France right now it's 2:22PM but in Brea California it's 5:22AM. That's why if you want him to answer the best time for GMT+1 is between 6PM to 3 AM (that's 9AM to 6PM Brea California time).

Meanwhile somewhere today in the EU

I did cancel my order from the 09.17. and rather chose to hunt in the wilderness.
Funny enough: A human posted a link in a chatroom about this offer.

I did a test. When you sign up on a product from NA site it is displayed and when you sign up from EU it is not. Most likely the cards that are still listed are cards you signed up notification on NA site and not EU site.

No, my 4 listings (not 5, sry) of GPUs were alle made within the german version of the EU store. So it has to be another reason for it.

Well. GamersNexus talking about EU market and EVGA in the same video. Sounds like I'm going to drop EVGA this time around and go for Asus or MSI which seems to be way more interested in getting money from EU market. Gigabytes cards either seem worse than TUF / FTW3 / Gaming X Trio or way too expensive for what they are (Aorus branding).

Thank you for linking this!

Sadly, it will take huge public uproar and many tweets/retweets and more importantly, mentions from huge influencers for EVGA to actually make this a priority. I don't want to see a single message about a US restock or people ordering AFTER the 17th getting cards until they've at least made an effort to supply the Sept 17 pre-orders.

" @EVGA_JacobF 1 min
We are working on it, hope to have an update soon. "
About EU Store / notifications. That should be interesting. Last time he said those exact words (I mean " Hope to have an update soon " precise phrasing) within hours or a day / two days VAT prices were fixed iirc.

A man can hope. Just... Needs to temper my hopes :P

I am so mad at them right now, everyone is starting to receive there card in europe from every other brand, et us we have to beg Evga to get more than 10 card in EU in a month !!!

How can anyone claims evga is any good with customer, no other brand as treated me that bad.

The Black Gaming cards are never delivered by Caseking in Germany im thinking might still take 2 mths. Whats the situation with the Black Gaming? Have they even been sent out anywhere?

Same Situation for alternate.de who does not have a clue either when the Blacks arrive. EVGA with its suberb service is not willing to clearify the situation.

To be fair, EVGA did say they were mostly assembling and selling FTW3 Ultras even though some of the others models are produced too, they are in way smaller quantities. Given that almost no card reached EU not even FTW3 I wouldn't expect XC3 Black coming soon.

I emailed to know more about notifications. It seems our notifications are indeed removed from NA but are kept somewhere to be migrated over the EU when queueing will be added, like I thought.

I think there will be an announcement yeah, given how many EU questions are asked and given how EU is a recurring subject on Jacob's twitter he'll probably post when there's new info.

Though when I read " EU Users were removed from US Queue but our team as far as I'm aware is working to move these over to the EU Site when the auto notify system goes live " my understanding is that technically even if they removed us from US site, they saved our queueing from every EU customer so they can move us from US to EU site without having lost the place when they'll be ready to implement the queueing for EU Store.

So even if the system goes live and we aren't warned (but we will) people already signed up shouldn't lose their place. Still, don't take my word for it and be prepared in case you need to fight to be first. I know I will, because I managed to get notified the 22 for the non Ultra which I believe is around when they put it on the site (maybe hours or a day before I got to sign up).

I used the "Auto Notify" Button on the DE homepage, but when I used the Evga.com link for "My Notifications", they were listed there (before the list got empty) - so did I actually sign up for the US notifications, although clicked on the DE site?
I just hope that I won't loose my position in queue, although it's probably not a very good position..
