This is just ridiculous. EVGA's official retailer here in Finland, Jimm's PC Store hasn't yet received a single EVGA card and they don't have any info when there will be any EVGA cards. Just pathetic in my opinion. Might have been a mistage going with EVGA this time.. Misleading advertising (3080 FTW3 with only 400W limit, supposed to be 420W) and very, very poor supplies. I'm hoping to get my FTW3 before ZEN3 but not looking good at all unfortunately :(

Same here in Norway. I placed an order September 19th, and they haven’t recieved 1 EVGA card. There are 2 dealers that has EVGA in Norway and none has recieved any EVGA cards at all. I know the demand is high for all 3080 cards at any brand, but EVGA seems to not care about EU at all.

Such a shame how EVGA is simply ignoring the EU market. If they don‘t give a F about us anymore, why do they even offer the cards here?
Until the Ampere release I would have considered myself a real EVGA fanboy, i‘ve only been buying EVGA graphic cards and mainboards since the 8800GTX and the nForce 680i SLI. But the mainboards are not available here anymore and now it also looks like I will have no more of their graphic cards in my future rigs :(

They also seems to be ignoring questions about Europe on Twitter. If you look on Twitter, several people have asked about EVGA and Europe, but the tweets are not answered (ignored) A big shame in my opinion, I really want a 3080 FTW3 but now I am considering going for another brand.

Ohh yes.. I’ve noticed the same thing. And what makes this even worse is that he’s answering the same stupid questions ten times a day but not answering anything about EU supplies. What a joke..

Yep. I’ve tried several times asking on Twitter but no response.
Same here with a PM.
I dont know, starting to get annoyed, these are 2000+€ cards in EU (3090) and the customer experience is, nicely put, less than ideal.

I am starting to feel the same about the EU support.... i have had a FTW3 gaming on pre order for a while now.
But honestly at this point if any random card comes up i will just snag it .... no telling if the EU is ever getting any cards at this rate.

Jacob's talking about EU at least once a day (except during weekends). Sadly, it's mostly to say that queuing is worked on to be added on EU Store or that there's no ETA or that stock is coming soon, which is all we can hear. And I don't blame him because other than stock or queueing questions, he's pretty much able to answer all questions. Sadly it's getting a bit annoying, repetitive and I'm currently thinking of switching to any other high end brand even one with aweful customer support (hello Asus).

But I'm trying to be optimistic here : maybe they are holding on stock for EU Store when queueing is implemented. Would make no sense to drop some cards on EU Store without queueing while queueing is already deployed in US especially if there's only a few cards that bot could snag. Also would give them a bit more time to increase their stock size in EU so the dropping can be smoother and appear to be faster.

Yes, questions over on twitter are only answered regarding the cominh Queues-Order System on eu-Store. Besides that, nearly no comments. EVGA ist playing a bad card on longterm for letting us EU-lers down.
Sure, every manufacturer have supply issues, but EVGA seems more and more to be one of those "EU-second"-Brands...

When you deal with EVGA Customer support you can see they really care about every customer even in EU so I'm not quite sure what the issue in supply is exactly to get cards to EU or why it feels like sales in EU are less important or shippings less cards or whatever. If they didn't care about sales here, why would they care so much about us afterwards ? They would just be less awesome if they didn't care.

That's what the lack of information is doing to my brain, I'm lost now :P

ordered at a small shop, computeruniverse.de ... the guy told me maybe i have to wait until 30.11. ... sorry, thats too late. i ordered a 3080 ftw ultra for me, one for a friend and a 3090 for a family member.

the retailer has now 3500 € of my money and they cant give me a single information because evga is ignoring everything.

at the moment i think thats it, next gpu will be another brand.

Sorry but these ‘amazing customer support’ claims are only valid for the US side of EVGA. Dealing with EU is a pain.

We’re getting zero information. Prices are rising with the day, meantime we have to watch people post about how they got their cards from the queue system, or how they picked them up in physical stores.

In the past I have contacted EVGA a few times for other products, I’d be lucky to get an English speaking CS rep, and the answer was always the same; I have forwarded your question.

I will admit though that I love the quality of EVGA’s products, and that is the reason I’m trying to be loyal to them.

If you do consider AMD consider Asrock. They are new in the GPU brand, but for motherboards I have had amazing experience.

I asked Asrock a question about three-way crossfire for my setup in the past. I was told this was not available, however they were going to contact their office in Taiwan.

Within 48 hours I had an e-mail with a custom BIOS send to me from Taiwan, allowing three way SLI on my board.

Now thats customer service.

Well all credit to Jacob at least he answered a little on the EU situation.... "I know we have stock coming into Scan, Amazon, Exertis and others."
Does not help me but hopefully it helps others here :)

I think I’ll switch brands at this point.
This is just getting stupid, reviewers in the US get dual cards for SLI testing but Finland as a country does not have even one card delivered.

11 Messages on Twitter to Jacob, 1 here and several questions to local retailers.
Only reply came from local retailers in the form of we cannot confirm anything.

So apparently EU sales are not needed NOR wanted.
Fine, will take my cash somewhere else.

The customer support experience I'm talking about is when you already have a product and need help to resolve issues with it. I agree that the preventive informative support about EU could be way better, and I do feel like you about seeing cards rolling like eggs in US while we're lucky to get a dozen here. We're lucky to get some information though as some AIB don't even tell anything.

As for Asrock that's funny because I have a way better experience with MSI than Asrock so I've already got my B550 Mortar Wifi, expecting RAM this week, only needs a CPU next month and ofc the RTX 3080.

Can't switch brands (I mean AMD GPU) as my panel is GSync only and I'm not changing my panel. Plus even if it's gadget I still have the stupid 3D Nvidia Vision thingy.

We know that here in The Netherlands 1 of the 3 vendors, Megekko, who are a official Nvidia partner received 3 RTX 3080 cards.(This was today. Source; Megekko’s website)

Coolblue.nl, a mutli billion company isn’t expecting cards till end of Januari 2021

Is that what STOCK COMING means? 3 cards 1 month after release?

only reason why i dont cancel my preorder is the "good queu position". but that means nothing if my retailer isnt allowed to get more than 2 cards.

that non-information-philosophy is driving me crazy. sad that my good experience with evga ended this way. whos a good alternative for the next generations? msi?

Hi all, it is a "paper launch". Even Nvidia can not sell cards, not only EVGA, not only in EU, it is global. The demand is huge but the offer is poor.
Likely the blame goes to NVIDIA first, and also to the bots !

We all have to wait for Q1 2021 to get our "precious"... That's the way it is.
Wait and see, and dont forget to have a life.

Atleast here in Finland pretty much every other brand has had shipments to here with some cards, other brands hans had more pieces than others but Evga has not sent a single card of any model yet. That’s the problem. They should send even 10 pieces so we would see they haven’t totally forgotten us.

Its not "paper launch" if US is getting a lot of the limited quantity. It's priorities in play. All other brands are making deliveries in Finland for example, except for EVGA.
And I am not even complaining on the fact that EVGA is focusing first at on US market.
My problem is that there is no communication between EVGA and EU customers. Queue gets implemented on US store first. EU store even had double VAT listed.
No communication on where stock is been sent on the EU region, or even when shipments are beeing made.

For example, there are almost 18 million residents in the Netherlands, and they have gotten 3 cards apparently. 5,5 million in Finland, with no cards.
If EVGA release RTX3000-series like this (3 cards after 3-4 week wait) for example New York area, what sort of feedback would there be?

EVGA is apperiently dodging questions regarding 3080 supply for EU-costumers. Where is the point? I don't get it. No official announcments, nothing.

status in germany, computeruniverse.de :

MSI: sent out a lot of preorders the last days
Gigabyte: sold a lot of preorders the last days, important: first shipments in september, shortly after release
EVGA: who is evga? never heard of them. absolutely NO CARDS and the worst thing is: the shop has absolutely no information about incoming GPUs.

Yep, same story in a lot of EU countries. Woul have expected to see atleast 2-5 card deliveries, or even A delivery. But nothing.
Those of us who are now committed to EVGA order, are screwed in any case since other manufacturers have long order lists by now.
Top 5 spot on EVGA queue without any movement in stock, or place 200+ in Asus queue with some movement in stock?

When bunch of ppl where ordering several cards form several locations just to be on some list, I tried to stay positive and not to make
false allocations to cards, this now seems like a really dumb ass move. Should have just been selfish.

I was afraid to miss out here in France by seeing alternate.de but when I saw the price, that's fine. Still too expensive for me I won't budge for their retailers theft. Waiting to see good prices on Amazon.fr hoping to get either MSI Trio or TUF / Strix or a FTW3 depending on the first one available, and if not then I'll wait my turn on queueing from EVGA, the retailers can go [add bad language not allowed here  ]
