I ordered the EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra from Alternate.de yesterday, when the status said "shipping within a short time".
Now I got an E-Mail which says "unfortunately, our presupplier wasn't able to fulfill the promised delivery date, we will contact you again on this matter.".
I mean, ****?? EVGA, you just lost another customer (probably you just don't give a s... about EU customers anymore ^^), I was lucky to buy a GIGABYTE RTX 3080 Gaming OC, which runs pretty nicely - will cancel all my EVGA orders, maybe they will be available in summer 2022..

wow. ordered one yesterday aswell but didnt heara thing. a question:
as you ordered the evga, what did you see in your "my open orders" section? "in stock"? 
 
i bought a gpu while the status was in stock, after i sent the money and clicked on my open orders the status in my panel is now "not all products are currently available". ****.
but the overall status is "in progress"?!?!?!?!

I called to EVGA Germany yesterday. 

They said, they are working on that website problems, but they dont know how long it will take.
If you start the  Step-Up  they have no waiting-list, they will choose random customers.

That's probably because there's so many problems ... No stock for one, no notify button for some products, prices were screwed, no queueing yet, stepup is a mess, and btw if there are cards sent by stepup why the "opposite of paradise" can't we buy ? It's nice that stepup can get upgraded and such but the priority is selling them, you can still send some to stepup but damn sell those cards !! Tired of waiting for " Soon TM" it looks like Valve with Half Life.

The first card I can buy that pleases me I'll gey it, get your act together EVGA if you want some market in the EU. For a company that cares so much about customers it would be normal to not have such a disparity between 250 millions people (US) and the other 6 damn billion people outside of the US. Even Canada despite being just next to you has trouble getting cards.

Stop. Sending. So. Damn. Much. To. USA.

Sadly, mr. Freeman is busy replying to the 100th same questions from US-Costumers which he had already answered a billion times bevor.

Exactly. Whole Evga is just a big joke. Why on Earth would he answer the same damn questions all the time but still ignoring any questions about EU. That’s just ridiculous.

This was my first and last time buying anything from Evga if this situation doesn’t get better in EU ASAP.

I know you guys read everything in this forum. I think it is totally unfair that you answer 100 questions in Twitter for the US  but ghost near every question about Europe or provide an unclear answer.
 
We are totally fine if you just say sorry no stock atm but will be available late november or at least some serious answer and not "Soon TM"...

Well i just bought a 3080 FTW Ultra in Germany.
Arrives Friday.
 
The vendor had 4 and it took less than a minute before they were gone.
That is a lot of time nowadays since a human  was able to buy them.
 
And it indicates that the shop is not on the bots sniffer-list, yet.

edit: After research i have found out that they will send it from Czechoslovakia for a price far lower the ones you see now from "official NVIDIA Partners", like caseking.
And yeah, i have bought from them before. A Philips Fidelio X2HR for 190 Euros.

I ordered a RTX3080 FTW3 Ultra the 30th of march in Spain to a partner of EVGA, today they send me this morning an email that they already recieve the card, I check in a forum in Spain and see that at least they got today several FTW3 Ultra and XC3 Ultra, I wish than in a few days you'll receive the same news.

I know the site, at least I think I know it, I too have been waiting to see if they release it as they ship to Portugal and Amazon ain't telling me anything.

It's been since day one of that feature that I was able to see it so for me personally I don't feel like there's any movement. Might been a cookie cleaning that helped you to display the page or something like that.

I'm from France and the servers I use from my VPN are also french servers IP. To be sure you're talking about the NA adress of https://www.evga.com/community/myNotifies.asp right ? If so, yes, I've been able to access it since the day Jacob tweeted this feature. Which was October 8th, before Zen 3 announcement. 

I´m also waiting for the FTW3U from Amazon.de. Sorry, but it´s ridiculous!

Same here I ordered a FTW3 ultra on  day 1 number one on the list of Alternate.nl, strange thing that Alternate.be and .de already received cards some germany customers ordered in October. Also contacted Jacob via twitter but no response.
