I hope your RMA is faster than mine. I paid last Wednesday and didn’t get RMA til Monday. Shipped mine out a couple hours later and scheduled to be there tomorrow, ground shipping.

 
Already have the RMA slip, shipping tomorrow. Hopefully it wont take three years to go from Ontario Canada to California and back. :|

I had a notify come up yesterday for a RTX 3070 ftw3 ultra. I ended up taking them up on the offer.
Not sure what I will do with it when my 3080 step up comes through. Going to use it and get the 2070 super packed up and ready to go for my step up turn when it finally comes around.

Step 5 22nd. I shipped same day. They received it monday.

If you are unhappy with the program, cancel your step up and buy it elsewhere or sell your current card/enter the notify queue to buy it that way.
There are likely a variety of reasons why they cannot or will not provide to us where we stand. None of which we are required to know. Evga isn't holding you hostage, FOMO is. We are all in the same situation friend. We can either wait and see what comes or walk away, the choice is yours.

Same here. Shipped Monday and delivered today 10:35AM CST.  Waiting for EVGA confirmation of receipt and card ship out.

Now marked as received with a estimated ship date 2/2, wish it was sooner :/

I would love to take my money elsewhere except for the fact that my history has shown me that EVGA is one of the more reliable manufacturers. And in the instances they do fall short, their customer support steps up and makes it right. THIS, isn't making it right.

As for FOMO, I could care less if I have to wait a few months more. I can even afford to pay the extra $70 difference. As long as the product performs without burning itself out, that's what matters to me. I just want an estimate of some kind of than "soon" or "ASAP". I get that they have two queues to fill, regular customers and then us. But by now, they should have an understanding of how many cards they can expect in each shipment. So I don't know why they can't be more transparent.

My RTX 2070 is working fine on my 2K monitor and is able to run everything I currently play at high - ultra settings. I'm definitely looking forward to my upgrade, but not anxious or upset that I don't have one. It could be worse. I could be stuck with a significantly worse card with no affordable path to upgrade. Because screw scalpers. 😃

Finally show received and estimate ship date 2/3.  Hopefully get ship out today.

The step up isn’t a priority service. I’ve waited almost 4 months for my 3080. I’m on step 5 and mailing my 2070 super in tomorrow. There is entirely 0 rush for EVGA to get you a product they are only asking you to pay the difference for.

That they then take your older card and turn it around to sell as b-stock afterwards :) They still make money. :) They're still selling user 2080 Super B-stock between $680-$830, and they still sell out like crazy, due to the circumstances.

That's exciting! When was your step 1 and which card are you going from and which card are you going to?

Does anyone know where to buy a 20series card so I can get into the step-up program? (I just need a GPU to hold me over but I want a 3080 eventually)
