It's really cool that they're holding the prices until April.  I got my step 1 email 10/15, which means my step up will probably be August or September, but oh well.

In the words of EVGA's own step-up page: "In the computer hardware world, 90 days is a lifetime!"  If you consider the new cards looming in the not too distant horizon, the inability to fulfill these promptly seems to defeat the whole purpose of the program (i.e., offering the peace of mind that you own the latest parts).  It's something, I guess, but not in a million years did I expect the snail pace of the list or the prospect of getting my replacement well into 2021.

You will still get the card. Once you enter the Step Up queue, the 90 days no longer applies and are guaranteed a card. Stop being over dramatic.

I have been on the list since Sept 17 and whats frustrating is that apparently (according to the unofficial list) somebody after my time has already been able to get through the step up program.  How and why is that possible? Do those people waiting in the "notify" queue get priority over those of us in the step-up queue?  We will never know b/c there is no transparency.  I for one am grateful for the Step-Up program albeit with some lower expectations now, and I hope that EVGA can shine some light into this process for its customers.

The person who has added them self to the unofficial spread sheet after you is probably trolling or has the hour of day wrong. Which has been previously mentioned. The notify queue is for people who are buying their cards, it is a completely different list with different rules. They more than likely do get priority over the step-up program; something Evga doesn't have to offer that no other company does. It will come when it comes.
Even with new cards on the horizon they wont be available until 2077 anyway.

I get it but again transparency in the process would go a long way.  I know they dont have to and they dont but it might help solve some angst or irritation of some folks if there was some more information about some questions that some folks have.  I would say that they should at least provide an "official" list that people could monitor that way they can see the process actually moving vice coming here and getting frustrated you know.  Again, im a big fan of the step-up process and I just would like more transparency.

How long does it usually take for them to mark my gpu as recieved? UPS says my packaged was delivered yesterday early morning but my step up page is still listed as Pending for recieved.

I was told they are behind and still catching up from the holidays and to allow them a few more days to get on top of it. My card was marked as delivered yesterday too but still has yet to update in my products page. The cards are there, they just have a back log to work though it seems.

LOL same, my package was received by a "CDV EDDIE" according to my UPS tracking information. So either Eddie is in the warehouse accepting packages or has one hell of a racket going on with people sending him free GPUS

Just updated to recieved. Estimated ship date 1/18. Atleast I know it made it I guess

Interesting, mine is still saying "pending" for received. When was your card delivered? Mine was delivered to EVGA at 10:27am PST

Exact same time. Guess we were on the same truck. Means yours will probably update very soon

Hopefully, guess I'll have to wait and see.

The estimated ship time being Monday is a bit of a bummer but I guess I can’t complain.

At least you have a "ship out" date. Mine is still saying pending for received. 

Just checked and now mine is now saying the same as yours, received today and estimated ship date of the 18th. 

Well I got shipping confirmation. Guess they trolled on the estimated ship date. Heck yea

At this point, I'll be waiting until at least the summer to get the 3080, as I registered on 09/25.

The step up google doc isn't showing any step up progress this week. Is that true?

Doesn't look like anything happened this week. Usually people post here if there is any movement and you see it in the sheet as well. Still a chance for a round of step ups today and tomorrow.

My old card was received by EVGA today and the expected ship date is 1/19. Not cool.
 
Edit: just saw the comments above. I hope mine ships before the expected date, as well.

Well that sucks ass that our price isnt locked in. We are already going to be getting last years GFX card by the time our place rolls around......

Starting to feel a little hopeless, if the new pricing kicks in I won't be able to complete my step up
