+1.  I had issue's with the latest driver as well.  Finally just went back to the previous one...

I have the game pre installed. Says I need to download day 1 patch manually or through GOG. Since I preinstalled it. How do I install the patch? I guess it release the exact time the game does? Few more hours...

Since GOG client is new, it's hard to tell. I am hoping they just push patches like steam does where it automatically downloads and applies it as I foresee TW3 having a good amount of patches in it's life time and manually D/Ling those and installing them will get a little tedious.
 
if you are just doing the DRM free version through GOG website, there is already a link somewhere of where the patch will be available to download. I'm at work so I can't provide it :-X.
 

These new ones crashed my BF4 after 1 hour , so I went thru & did complete driver cleaner, then manually deleted Nvidia folders, then ran CCleaner like 4 times ( rebooting PC each time ) , finally reinstalling these clean/fresh again before heading off to bed & crossing fingers.....
 
...and I only ever install the drivers & PhysX parts - I never use the shadowplay nor geforce experience nor 3d files or hdmi audio parts

I found that there was only one key I'd like to change but it won't let me.  But the message I get when trying is that I can't do that now.  Not exactly sure what that means?  Like maybe later on in the game I will be able to?
 
But beyond that, playing with the mouse/keyboard (for me anyway) has been just fine.  I'll adapt after some game time...

NOPE,  these drivers are horrible for me...( first ones in a long time)..they crashed just sitting at desktop, they crashed while internet browsing,..and then only 10 minutes into a game!!! 
 
WOW, these are really horrible for my system stability... I'm going to have to put previous ones back on or Nvidia needs a hot fix real quick...

New drivers increase performance substantially in The Witcher, but cause more frequent crashes for me. Maybe I have to wait for the enhanced edition to be able to play this game.
