Hello,

Today I make Quake 3 Benchmark with my Voodoo5 6000 Watercooling Legend Edition card at different frequencies.

Here are the results...

On air with new 3,5 ns sdrams, my Voodoo5k6 Gold Edition has max frequency of 200 MHz in benchmark.
This one has original 6 ns sdrams and it's the same result :) so nice...

Keep in mind, you can take this watercooling option to new levels if you build a waterchiller, and pump cold water through the block.

So this card performs as well as your identical card with ram that is twice as fast.  I can't wait to see you open this thing up some more!

- The Voodoo5 6000 Gold Edition work @200 MHz with news 3,5 ns Tsop sdrams.
- The Voodoo5 6000 Watercooling Edition work @200 MHz with originals 6 ns Tsop sdrams.

Same speed for 2 cards :)

Thanks!  How about a block for your new cards :P
I would love to make a block for the 590's!  But I also have one going on for your 580's too ;)

I'm not good with paint
but shorten the tubing as much as you can and use some sort of barbs on the back of the card in place of tubes
with the rad placed like that no air will be pulled from under it
you may want to volt mod the card (no clue who to) a volt mod will let you OC it more

You should put a tray of ice under the radiator to see if it makes the water cooling and giving you slightly higher clocks.
