Should be here this Friday!
Looking forward to the build of this new addition of 4P power.
With any luck I may have it up and running by the weekend if the Hyper 212"s get here around the same time.
I have some new ideas on attaching those to the motherboard.
If all works out I'll be posting a build log with the info.

I will be using four 6124 HE to start with. Hope at some point I can
get a little faster ones with more cores. This build would not be possible
without the help of the good fokes here at the EVGA forum.
A big thanks goes out to Macaholic for donating the four 6124 HE.
And for sparking the fire to do this. Cheers bro your the best.
To bowlinra for leading me further into this with a great guide on this type of build.
To my many friends here that are always willing to help with info or whatever.
Cheers!

The above pic is of the prototype setup by Spotswood to show how it would look.
This pic is what I'll be getting, my G34 mobo has different spacing for the CPU's
than the one in the above pic. The below pic was taken by Spotswood also.

Those are nice! something like  that would work perfect inside my rack instead of mounting it directly to the shelf, something I am mildly uncomfortable with for ease of working on it, Only difference is I would just need it for the MB supports. as the power supply and drives are below.

Looks awesome tho. am watching your adventure closely giving me bad ideas of upgrading my folding machine already....

I've been looking at this type of case

It's cheap
arrives Packed flat
easy to assemble
comes in many sizes

I expect that this type of case may also be available in the US

4u is going to be too short if you plan on putting in after market heat sinks the 212's are almost 4u them selvs.

Wolf, looking at extruded aluminum always gets me going !!  Infinitely configurable and the strongest case material I've ever seen.  You will love it and if not, just send it over to me where that kind of case is my new "case of choice".

Kudos to Spotswood for that very generous donation.  Having built one myself from scratch, the materials are not cheap and that is a very sweet gift from him.    Can't wait to see your finished product with that G34 running.

You can see some of Spotswood projects by looking at there profile.
He may already have something like your thinking of or could custom build you something.
He does some great work check some of his projects out.

Yeah, I do custom work as well.  For example, here's a two tier mining tray that I built to hold 18 GPUs:

Ohh nice. All I really need is a motherboard tray. Because of the fact I have very curious kitties, I have no choice but to lock everything away safely in a rack. AB has a similar setup as mine only I have a 6u rack with fan mounts on the top and bottom.

(i'll be taking pictures this weekend.)

I really don't want to mount the motherboard to the rack shelf like I believe he did, Just seems like it would be a pain if you needed to work on it. I would much rather have it bare minimal tray of some kind. Currently its just sitting on a flattened cardboard box on the shelf.  Works fine just does not look pretty lol.

MoBo and CPU chips arrived!
Please look over the bad photo, I only have a cell phone to take pictures with.
Sometimes it does great others not so good, mostly the handler's fault.
Lighting was a problem too.
